Hervorragende Lage, Herzliche Bedienung, schöne Hotelanlage, zuvorkommendes Personal an der Reception, freundliches Reinigungspersonal.

Cons:

Restaurant Mare das mit Hotel verbunden ist. Kritik gibt es für den Chef des Service und seine männlichen Mitarbeiter, die teils lieblos die Bestellung aufnehmen, ohne persönlichen Blickkontakt mit ihren Gästen zu pflegen. Dabei wirken sie gestresst, sie können dennoch Freundlichkeit zeigen, bei Gästen die sie schon länger kennen. Hinterlässt gemischte Gefühle…auch das Ansprechen dieses Problems an der Rezeption, stiess auf taube Ohren. Dennoch dürfen wir sagen, wir sind begeistert. Rezeption, das Reinigungspersonal inklusive der Besitzer und seine Frau, haben uns sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend behandelt. Das macht Freude auf mehr.

Soggiorno di massimo relax.
Pros:

Struttura fantastica per chi cerca un po' di sana tranquillità. Il personale è davvero accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Perfetta anche la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. I servizi, tutti assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative. La cucina è ottima, con piatti curati e materie prime di grande qualità. A rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole è stato il personale del ristorante, incredibilmente professionale, attento a ogni dettaglio e sempre con il sorriso.
Se ci sarà la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo!

Posizione fantastica direttamente sul mare. Spiaggia attrezzata e gratuita nelle vicinanze, molto tranquilla. Tutti molto cortesi (staff, ristorante, bagnino).

Erholsamer, schöner Urlaub in Traumlage.
Pros:

Die schöne, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und der Ausblick, einfach Traumhaft. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren nett und zuvorkommend, ein tolles Restaurant und auch dort wieder freundliche Bedienung und sehr gutes Essen. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Minibar und Klimaanlage erleichtern das wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Pros:

La situation géographique et la possibilité de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse en face de la mer. Nous y retournerons c'est une évidence. Les repas était très bon et nous avons eu la possibilité chaque jour de choisir si nous prenions la demi pension soit le midi ou le soir au matin du petit-déjeuner. Une souplesse que je n'avais encore jamais testé et je remercie l’hôtelier pour cette possibilité d’aménagement selon notre programme de vacances. Nous recommandons cette hôtel simple mais convivial à tout les niveaux

Ein Hotel für jemanden, der Ruhe, eine tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Peronal und gutes Essen liebt
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil hier alles geboten wird, was mir wichtig ist. Ich war überrascht und sehr froh darüber, dass jetzt ein Lift zum zweiten Stock führt.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Schönes Hotel mit Meerblick
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf Portoferraio vom Zimmer mit Meerblick war fantastisch. Der Pool war jetzt in der Vorsaison ausreichend groß und mit ausreichend Liegen bestückt. Das dem Hotel angegliederte Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse hat ein gutes (italienisches) Frühstück und ein gutes Abendessen angeboten. Bei Halbpension erfolgt die Menüwahl (3 Gänge) beim Frühstück für den jeweiligen Abend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze waren ausreichend in Hotelnähe vorhanden.

Cons:

Die schöne Bucht und der kleine Hafenbereich werden leider durch meterhoch angeschwemmtes Seegras verunstaltet, welches offensichtlich (Ausnahme Strand) nicht beseitigt wird.
Der etwas abseits gelegene Strand mit grauem Kies ist wenig einladend, bietet aber kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super, sauber, schön und ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Strand ist klein und Visa- richtig optimal . Halbpension war super. Essen war sehr gut und Mann hatte immer 3 Wahlmöglichleiten. Liegen am Strand waren inklusive- auch SUP etc. Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
