Heerlijk verblijf in een mooie stad met lekker eten
Pros:

Het weer was erg warm en de airco in de kamer was dan heel fijn en werkte heel snel bij aanzetten en uitzetten. De kamer was mooi ruim en knus.

Cons:

Voor het ontbijt was er wel genoeg keuze, maar ik miste meer groente (sla of salade was er niet), er was vrij veel zoet. Maar het is ook afhankelijk van wat je eigen keuzes zijn wat eten betreft, dus niet minder punten daardoor. Wat ik wel apart vond, was dat je thee of koffie niet zelf kon pakken, maar moest bestellen bij de bediening.

De locatie was vrij lawaaiig, aan een rotonde bij een vrij drukke weg. De ramen isoleerden heel goed, maar met open ramen was het zeer storend.
De raampjes zijn vrij klein, waardoor er niet veel licht naar binnen komt.

Ihan kelpo hotelli, tosin altaalle olisi pitänyt varata erikseen aika ja maksaa siitä ekstraa.
Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla aivan Luccan vanhan kaupungin muurien ulkopuolella. Aamiainen oli maittava. Huoneen ilmastointi toimi hyvin kuumana kesäpäivänä.

Cons:

Osa hotellin henkilökunnasta oli töykeää ja puhutteli meitä kuin lapsia. Allasalueelle olisi pitänyt varata erillinen aika ja maksaa siitä vielä erikseen - tämä tuli esille vasta kun olimme suuntaamassa altaalle. Jäi menemättä, koska huonehinta oli jo riittävän suolainen. Hotellin ravintolasta ei saanut juuri muuta kuin kalaruokia.

Celkově dobré ubytování blízko centra, s parkováním u hotelu a dobrou snídaní. Úklid pokojů by chtěl zlepšit.
Pros:

Příjemná a milá obsluha, check in až do noci, parkování v areálu hotelu beru jako velké plus, bohatá snídaně. Check in proběhl bez problém a rychle.

Cons:

Na 4* hotel jsme čekali lépe uklizené pokoje, zejména koupelnu, kde byly zbytky vlasů, nejspíše od někoho z předchozích hostů. Čekali jsme tedy lépe uklizené.

Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Hôtel particulièrement bien placé, au pied des remparts de Lucques. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Petit déjeuner parfait. Le parking de l'hôtel est un plus non négligeable.

Great hotel and breakfast to enjoy Lucca walking from outside the city walls.
Pros:

Excellent location right outside of the city walls. Breakfast was very good, providing different options. Rooms were comfortable, quiet with everything as advertised. Staff was very friendly and helpful with information as well as reservations for dinner.

Cons:

AC does not go below 19C but we found out it is not the hotel but the standard in many places in Italy.

Comfortable stay outside the great walls of Lucca, but close to the train station
Pros:

The receptionists at hotel Alberto Celide were very helpful and pleasant when I stayed in April. I was able to take a free hotel bicycle and ride around the beautiful town of Lucca. The breakfast had a good variety and very tasty. The room was clean with a good shower room.

Cons:

The location was further than I expected. I had friends staying in the centre of Lucca, which ended up too far to walk and I rode a hotel’s bicycle instead. The view from my room was on a dull car park, which is disappointing given the beautiful town of Lucca outside. It’s worth offering a room with the view even for a small extra charge.

Pros:

Camere (al piano 1) appena ristrutturate. Pulizia al top! Parcheggio gratuito (per Lucca un must)!!!!
