Excelente localizaçao e conforto! Recebe minha nota maxima em tudo!
Pros:

Hotel do lado da estaçao de trem e muito prox a entrada principal da muralha. Ambiente familiar, todos muito simpaticos e cafe da manha uma delicia!

Cons:

O conceito de banheiro na Europa é bem diferente do Brasil, mas achei o box bem pequeno, só isto. O banheiro era grande.

Pros:

La disponibilità dello staff, anche successivamente alcuni giorni dopo il soggiorno. Mi hanno ospitato per una video call e offerto il caffè. La posizione e comodissima, soprattutto se si arriva a Lucca in treno e con i bagagli.

Günstig gelegenes Stadthotel mit allem nötigen Komfort
Pros:

Die Lage gleich am Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch; auch ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Stadtmauer und in der Stadt; das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Atmosphäre angenehm; das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, könnte aber etwas mehr frische Produkte anbieten.

L'albergo si trova vicino alla stazione ed è molto comodo per chi arriva a Lucca in treno. Temevo ci fosse un pò di rumore per il passaggio dei treni ma non ci sono stati problemi a riguardo.

We arrived and departed by train and because the train station is about a one minute walk to it from the entrance of the Hotel Rex, its location was EXCELLENT! Within a three minute walk, one could be instead inside the walled city of Lucca.
The staff was helpful, the room sufficiently large for our two night stay and quiet, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I would stay again if we ever return to Lucca. Thank you Hotel Rex !!!

Pros:

位置绝佳，火车站步行1分钟，古城步行8分钟，周围环境优美。

房间住的是有景观的，就是对着火车站广场，关上窗户就没有噪音

Cons:

洗手间太小，转不过来身。

早餐简陋，没有水果蔬菜，住了三晚，其中一天早上只有纸盘子，食物在周末稍微新鲜。

烧水壶不能用，煮了水有很浓清洁剂味道。特别奇怪的是，我临离开房间用自己的带的水壶烧水，回来却发现水中有异味好像被人加了盐，后续我再煮没有这个现象，我后来不允许有人进入房间打扫，住很多酒店第一次发现这个问题。
