Pros:

La colazione era ottima, e tutto il personale del bar e della reception è stato gentile e disponibile. La camera era moderna, pulita, e curata nei dettagli costruttivi e nel materiale a disposizione degli ospiti.

Cons:

In piscina gli ospiti tendevano a tenere occupati gli spazi con gli asciugamani anche quando non presenti. Abbiamo sempre trovato posto lo stesso, ma se si sta via più di un'oretta sarebbe meglio liberare le sdraio.
Un po' caro il frigobar.

Geweldig mooi, gerenoveerd hotel op loopafstand van Lucca.
Pros:

Mooi, gerenoveerd hotel op 10 minuten lopen van de stadsmuur.
Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt, goede airco, vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.
De kamer heeft fijne bedden, genoeg kastruimte en plankjes om spullen kwijt te kunnen. Klein koelkastje. Elke dag wordt er schoongemaakt en zuivere handdoeken. Bij aankomst krijg je een strandlaken voor bij het zwembad. Onze badkamer was nog mooier dan de foto's op Booking.com.
Geen zitje of balkon, maar dat hebben we niet gemist, omdat we 's avonds in Lucca gingen eten en een drankje deden. Beneden is een mooi terras en ligweide bij het zwembad. Het was druk in augustus, maar waren er geen ligbedden meer, dan waren er nog wel strandstoelen of stoelen bij het zwembad, zodat iedereen wel kon zitten/liggen.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet!! Kan niet zeggen dat er iets ontbreekt. Er is brood, scrumbled eggs, tomaat, komkommer, kaas, zongedroogde tomaten, vleeswaren, croissants in allerlei soorten, taart, pancakes, yoghurt 4 soorten, muesli, noten, zaden, jam, honing, nutella, vers fruit etc. en er wordt verse koffie/cappuccino etc gezet aan de bar.
De dame aan de balie had allerlei tips voor restaurants binnen en buiten de stadsmuur.
Kleine supermarkt (Conad) op iets meer dan 5 minuten loopafstand.
Wij kwamen met de trein aan in Lucca en pakten buslijn 2. Betaalden Eur 2,00 pp voor een enkeltje. Vanaf de bushalte ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar het hotel.
Er was fietsverhuur, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.
Receptie is 24/7 geopend.
Kortom, echt een aanrader dit hotel. Wij komen nog eens terug!!

Cons:

Eigenlijk helemaal niets, maar als ik dan iets moet noemen, zou een balkon leuk zijn geweest.

Pros:

Hotel is op wandelafstand van Lucca.
Mooie uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar Pisa & Florence. Zowel met trein als met de wagen.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Tegenvallen is niet echt het correcte maar naar brandpreventie toe in de aangelegen blok waar wij verbleven waren er geen brandmelders aanwezig op de kamer.

Basic hotel met zwembad op loopafstand van Luca centrum.

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Luca. Schone en nette kamer in bijgebouw. Zwembad aanwezig.

Cons:

Veel te weinig ligstoelen bij zwembad en ruimte te klein. Je ligt tegen elkaar aan. Publiek bij dit hotel; ordinair gedrag. Maar kan hotel weinig aan doen.

Très bon hôtel à conseiller
Pros:

Petit déjeuner excellent. L’établissement est extrêmement propre.
La piscine est très agréable après avoir crapahuté toute la journée.
L’emplacement est vraiment très près de la vieille ville
Le personnel est très serviable et gentil. Faites leur confiance pour les bonnes adresses de restaurants près de l’hôtel !

Cons:

L’isolation phonique est un peu juste.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude war top. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und hervorragend. Auch die Lage zur Altstadt war für uns sehr gut gewählt.

Good location in a great city
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions, gave us good tips for reataurants.Good location, easy to find the center. Nice to have a swimming pool to coop off after going through Lucca in the heat.

Great hotel when visiting Lucca
Pros:

This hotel is modern and clean. The location is good. It isn’t too far outside the city walls, you can walk to the centre of Lucca in 15-20 minutes and it’s a flat walk. The parking is directly opposite hotel. The breakfasts were ample. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our air con wasn’t working when we arrived but was fixed by the time we got back in the evening. The hotel does not offer dinner but with so many good restaurants in Lucca that may be the reason.
