Très bon rétablissement, excellent accueil et situation idéale.
Pros:

La très bonne situation de l'hôtel, à proximité des remparts de Lucques, la qualité de l'accueil, le parking facile, la possibilité de louer des vélos, le très bon petit déjeuner près de la piscine.

Soweit alles gut wie man es erwartet. Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal. E-Auto-Lademöglichkeit zu fairem kWh-Preis.

Nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass das simple Spiegelei zum Frühstück mit EUR 5.00 extra berechnet wird.

A really lovely hotel 10 minutes walk from the medieval walls around Lucca!
Pros:

The hotel is an attractive modern design & the room was very clean with comfortable beds and fluffy white towels! The staff were friendly and exceptionally polite and helpful. The choices at breakfast were excellent and there were plenty of sun loungers and seating in the garden and pool area.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small. It was a bit of a walk from the train station and no taxis available. The bus stop was 300m away.

Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely facilities and great breakfast. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. We travelled with our 2 month old and the staff helped by freezing our ice blocks for milk storage and arranging a cot etc. 10/10

Tolles Hotel in Stadtnähe
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, in 10 min ist man zu Fuss in der Stadt. Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Kleiner Pool aber vollkommen ausreichend um sich abzukühlen und genug Liegen vorhanden. Das ganze Hotel macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prima om de stad Lucca te verkennen voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, goed ontbijt, mooie kamer en de ligging is perfect.

Cons:

Erg gehorig. Onze kamer zat naast de lift/ontbijtzaal op de eerste verdieping maar dan hoor je alles wat er in het restaurant gebeurd. (Klaarzetten van het ontbijt, gasten praten enz)

Good location, with easy parking just across the road. Short walk to Lucca town centre and some good restaurants nearby.
