Aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereites Personal, speziell die Dame an der Reception. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre, Parkplatz unmittelbar beim Eingang/Reception, hundefreundlich (Norwich Terrier). Fahrräder stehen gratis zur Verfügung. Nur fünf Gehminuten zur Strandpromenade und einer grossen Auswahl von Restaurants.

So happy to have stayed in this hotel, it's perfect
Pros:

I rarely have the opportunity to give a shining recommendation for hotel with such pleasure. The hotel is perfect in every way. I'd like to point out memory foam pillows (!) and beds of excellent quality. For 10 eur/ night you can get a parking spot in the hotel yard (subject to availability of course, so book in advance). Bikes are included in the room price (also subject to availability). Everything is really nicely done and I'd stay there again if I come back to Viareggio.
