Pros:

The location is superb. The room is clean, comfortable and has an air conditioner. The pool is great and surprisingly big. The breakfast was delicious with a great variation of fruits.

Cons:

The dinner options weren’t very good, with a lot of fried food. In comparison the lunch options were much better and tastier.

Beautiful villa. Great for style, less for comfort
Pros:

The villa is beautiful and sit in a wonderful park. Nice swimming pool and pool area.
Beds and pillows very comfortable

Cons:

I’m used to expect daily complementary free water in a summer holiday accommodation, always had that outside Versilia. Not nice being forced to buy overpriced water just to stay alive.
Rooms and buildings are old, this is of course charming but it can be an issue if you want more comfort (no lift, no mini fridge)

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

Everything was very lovely, the room, the pool, the grounds and most of all the staff. Wanda made my son’s holiday with her kindness, care and time she gave him. A beautiful hotel made perfect by the people who work there.
