No es de categoría 3 estrellas, parece un hostal. Muy viejo, instalaciones muy antiguas y degradadas. No entiendo que se clasifique como idóneo para familias.

Tired hotel in need of improvement.
Pros:

Any review needs to be set against the price point. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel is tired. The entrance is unwelcoming and in need of improvement. The external appearance is poor. The room had an overpowering disinfectant smell. The noise of other guests just going about their normal business prevented any chance of having a restful sleep. Trip hazards on carpets at the top of stairs. Our room description said we had a view of a garden courtyard we actually had a view of the street.

À la hauteur de mes attentes
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5min d’un très bon restaurant italien (le Galileo Bellalee).
Accueil très appréciable, en plus en français !
Bon petit déjeuner varié.
Literie ferme, climatisation au top, et isolation impeccable. Tous les standards d’un bon hôtel sont bien là.
Je recommande cet hôtel pour visiter Pise
