Very helpful staff. Great location in the centre of Pisa, near to the bus & train station.
Also very near to the main shopping area.
Lovely breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Very small lift and in the room there was a kettle but no cups, spoons, coffee, tea or milk...

I would definitely stay here again because of its central location to the train station, many restaurants, and “downtown

A very clean and welcoming hotel. The staff were really helpful in all aspects: directions, payment, breakfast. The location is excellent - a very short walk from the train station, after arriving from the airport on the Pisa Mover.

Cons:

The single room was very small with one single bed. Since I was only staying one night, on my own, it didn’t matter. However, a double bed for a single person is much nicer, with more room to spread out.
