No. 1 option in Montecatini Terme
Pros:

From the moment I entered this hotel, everything went perfectly. The young man at reception is one of most professional people in hotel business I ever came across, so kind, helpful, I even got improved room. Room was very spacious, sparkling clean and I loved the bed and balcony with a view. I even used the pool, and the breakfast and coffee I had were also great.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, 10/10

Tutto, dal personale alle camere e nota di merito al cibo, buonissimo!

Cons:

Ci si perde in minuscoli dettagli, tipo la piscina sporca già da metà mattina (forse troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti) e sulla pulizia non sempre impeccabile degli ambienti comuni. Altra cosa: nel nostro bagno mancava il bidet e con due bimbi piccoli è stato un po' complicato.

Pros:

Hotel superiore alle mie aspettative. Pulizia al top, gentilezza e ottima colazione. Godibile la piscina e soprattutto l’idromassaggio. La struttura è vicina al centro e nelle vicinanze c’è un’ottima pizzeria a taglio. Il centro è vivace e tranquillo anche di sera.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Montecatini Terme nel mese di giugno ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa! ❤️
La struttura è semplicemente bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Il cibo è stato ottimo e la colazione davvero super, con tanta scelta e prodotti di qualità.
Una menzione speciale va a Ilenia, una persona fantastica, gentile, disponibile e capace di farci sentire subito a casa. La sua cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.
E poi una bellissima sorpresa: al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una suite stupenda! Io e mia figlia siamo rimaste davvero entusiaste e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo questo gesto.
Ci siamo trovate benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. È stato un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e pieno di belle sorprese, che porteremo sicuramente nel cuore.
Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per averci regalato un’esperienza così bella. Torneremo sicuramente! ❤️

We like this nice hotel and recommend it
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel second time and we were happy to have a nice time there. Thanks all who making a good service for us - front desk workers, cleaning staff, all people who serve a breakfast ! We like location it was very comfortable for us. If we come again to Montecatini would be nice to stay there.

Cons:

We don’t have any complaints , maybe add more vegetables on breakfast if possible.

Un bon souvenir pour une étape pré vacances.
Pros:

Rien de spécial, tout correspondait bien à l'image que l'on se fait d'un 4 étoiles et avec en plus un prix très raisonnable. L'hôtel se trouve dans une position centrale de Montecatini, ce qui permet de choisir une restauration en rapport avec des voyageurs de passage. De plus, en cette période d'été le quartier accueille la fête et ses manèges, ce qui donne une belle ambiance de vie à ce quartier proche.

Cons:

Dommage que le parking se trouve à 300m de l'établissement et la plupart du temps non fermé dans une zone un peu à l'écart de tout.

Nous avons aimé l’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, la déco de l’hôtel, la piscine, le SPA, le choix au petit déjeuner et la qualité du dîner toujours très copieux.

Cons:

Mis à part quelques petits détails sur l’infrastructure qui commence à vieillir, il n’y a rien à redire sur cet hôtel qui est vraiment top !
