Pros:

Que de passage donc pas trop à dire

Cons:

Personnels vraiment décevant , ne précise pas que le déjeuner est compris mais payant
Pour deux jours m’ont facturé 25 € de plus que le pris . Et mon fils à sasser sans faire exprès un pot en porcelaine de chez IKEA qu il m’ont fait payer 45€

Prima locatie om van daaruit Montecatini te bezoeken.
Pros:

De locatie. Loopafstand van het treinstation.
Prima bedden, goede douche, fijne airconditioning
(klein) Zwembad om even af te koelen

Cons:

Geen zeep op de badkamer om je handen mee te wassen na toilet gebruik.
Bij het ontbijt was iedere ochtend ander personeel aanwezig. Zij waren niet gastvrij, vriendelijk. Een man was zelfs onbeschoft! Ontbijt was tot 10.00 uur, maar om 9.30 uur was geen croissantje meer te krijgen.
Gratis parkeren is toch nog een stukje lopen (wij troffen een zeer hete periode en dan is het even afzien)

Hotel ładny, ale nie wszystko jest OK
Pros:

Hotel nieduży i bardzo ładny, szczególnie lobby. Świetny basen na dachu. Pokoje codziennie posprzątane. Obsługa raczej miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu w centrum miasta, ale przy bocznej uliczce. Dobra restauracja a la carte. Informacja o niedalekim, dużym darmowym parkingu.

Cons:

Niestety hotel oprócz zalet posiada wady - pierwszy pokój jaki nam przydzielono wg mnie powinien być w ogóle wycofany z oferty. Nie zgadzał się z ofertą, był ciasny i ciemny, wyposażony w stare sprzęty. Moja drastyczna reakcja spowodowała zmianę na inny o wiele lepszy pokój, ale niesmak pozostał. Druga sprawa to śniadania 10 euro za osobę - nie są warte swojej ceny - oprócz croissantów to brak świeżego pieczywa, chleb był twardy i stary, brak jakichkolwiek świeżych warzyw. Wybór sera i wędlin to najtańsze możliwe produkty. Nie można na śniadanie zjeść nic na ciepło. Dlatego skorzystaliśmy tylko raz i nie byliśmy zadowoleni. Lepiej zjeść gdzie indziej albo kupić świeżą bagietkę w markecie. W naszym pokoju w ogóle nie było WIFI.

Staff gentile, accogliente e professionale. La camera pulita e ordinata. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di aggiornare e/o posizionare meglio le prese di corrente aggiungendo ad esempio prese Schuko e usb.

Un buon soggiorno, prezzo un po' elevato rispetto all'offerta
Pros:

Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. Letti molto comodi e coperte calde.
Il bagno dotato di phon e prodotti per la doccia.
Colazione buona e con scelta piuttosto varia.
La hall dell'hotel ospita un'ottima trattoria toscana, non é economica ma ne vale la pena. Oltretutto cenare e poi andare a letto senza dover uscire é veramente confortevole.

Cons:

Bagno in stanza cieco e mal areato. Arredo obsoleto.
Prezzo eccessivamente alto sia per il tipo di struttura, che necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento, sia per la mancanza di servizi aggiuntivi come, ad esempio, il parcheggio e una spa/piscina fruibile nel periodo invernale.
Colazione piuttosto cara, 8 euro/cad anche per i bambini. Avremmo preferito meno scelta e un prezzo piú ridotto.
Ristorante con alcuni piatti molto buoni (risotto, ribollita, fiorentina) altri decisamente meno (trippa, tagliere). Potrebbe valere la spesa se si uniformasse la qualità.
