Fantastic stay would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning Hotel and grounds . Attentive and knowledgeable staff, including concierge. Pretty much have everything you want just a little bit tricky to get up to town and back a few times but lovely to also be not in town. Beautiful pool awesome restaurant. The staff is what made the huge difference.

아름다운 중세의 모습 그대로 하지만 고급짐이 넘치는 숙박이였어요.
Pros:

오래된 수도원을 개조한곳이라 도구나 시설 자체는 오래되었지만 그럼에도 아름다운 외관과 고급스런 자제들이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

오래된 구조라 그런지 물이 잘 안내려가 고생을 좀 했지만 바로 고쳐주었습니다. 다만 청소상태가 5성급 호텔 같이 깨끗하지 않았어요. 특히나 샤워 부스 바닥이나 타일 구석에 붉은색 곰팡이가 남아있어서 신경이 쓰였습니다

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil, le confort, le service et l’ambiance générale.

Une mention toute particulière au personnel, qui a été incroyablement attentionné, bienveillant et toujours disponible. Leur gentillesse a vraiment fait la différence et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’effort des membres de l’équipe qui parlaient français et qui ont pris le temps de communiquer avec nous dans notre langue. Cela nous a fait sentir immédiatement à l’aise et particulièrement bien accueillis.

On sent un véritable souci du détail et une réelle volonté de faire plaisir aux clients. C’est rare de trouver un établissement où l’on se sent aussi bien pris en charge.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique expérience. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.



Petit point à mentionner avec bienveillance : à notre arrivée en mode backpaper, nous avons eu un léger sentiment d’être un peu jugés au premier regard, à cause de notre apparence du moment. Heureusement, cette impression s’est très vite dissipée grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personnel, qui s’est ensuite montré particulièrement attentionné et chaleureux tout au long du séjour.

We recently spent two nights at Hotel Certosa di Maggiano and it was everything we had hoped for from a Tuscan retreat, and more.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made both me and my family feel genuinely welcome and looked after us with warmth and professionalism throughout our stay. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special.

One of the standout touches was the evening turndown service. Returning to our room after a busy day exploring Siena to find the blinds closed, slippers thoughtfully laid out, and refreshing cucumber and lime infused water prepared for us was simply exceptional. It’s these little details that really set this hotel apart.

The setting is absolutely stunning. Relaxing by the peaceful pool surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside was exactly what we needed before continuing our trip to Rome. The tranquillity of the property makes it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

The restaurant was equally impressive, serving outstanding food accompanied by excellent wines, adding even more to the overall experience.

Overall, Hotel Certosa di Maggiano exceeded all expectations and provided the ideal Tuscan escape. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat in the Tuscan countryside.

Sehr schönes rustikales Hotel und eine sehr schöne und gepflegter Garten. Zum relaxen absolut perfekt

Das Personal beim Checkin war sehr freundlich.
Leider wurde die Taxibuchung vergessen und wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten.
Das Barpersonal sollte dringend besser geschult werden. Man serviert keinen wiskey in einem Grappa Glas
