Loved it and can’t wait to come back
Pros:

Everything, it’s such a beautiful property. Loved spending time in the garden. Staff were super friendly especially the concierge lady, sorry forgot her name. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and I could tell that her heart is in it.

Cons:

The dinner experience, I had the vegetarian tasting menu, although the dishes looked pretty the flavours weren’t there! There was no harmony in texture and flavours. Either stick to classics with mind blowing flavours or perfect a fine dining tasting experience. Taste is more important than looks.

Beautiful, relaxing place to spoil yourself.

Exceptional hotel with incredible staff
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely and will do absolutely anything to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be coming back in the future, we only wish we had more time there. It was the perfect stay to make me and my fiancés engagement special.

Having turned a former cloister into a 5-star retreat with only 20+ charming rooms and a generous garden, all perfectly fitted in the Tuscan landscape, created the best (not just one-of-the-best), truly the best holiday experience we had; and I have stayed at and seen many resorts.
