La literie n'est pas trop bonne.
Très dans son jus de l'époque.
Pas pouvoir ouvrir les volets car c'est très compliqué de les refermer.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo, accesible hasta para llegar desde la estación en bus local. La amabilidad del personal, en especial de Tony y Svetlana, muy atentos siempre. El desayuno simple pero completo.Lo recomiendo para la estadía en Siena

Localización excelente dentro del casco central de Siena.
Personal profesional. Limpio.
El desayuno correcto, no muy variado pero correcto y bueno.
Recomiendo.

Cons:

El hotel está en un sitio privilegiada pero necesitaría un poco de reforma.
El baño es muy incómodo, no hay espacio entre el water y la ducha que inunda el suelo de agua.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem unschlagbar tollen Blick direkt auf den Dom. Ein Traum! Zimmer ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Dom und Piazza del campo entfernt, absolut super für Stadtbesichtigungen. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück .

Cons:

Matratzen sind durchgelegen und gehören ausgetauscht. Lift geht nur in den 1. Stock, wir mussten die Koffer 1,5 Stockwerke nach oben tragen, nichts für Menschen, die nicht fit sind.
Die Mitarbeiterin am Frühstücksbuffet war desinteressiert, langsam und unfreundlich. Nachgefüllt wurde nur auf Nachfrage.

La ubicación. A un paso del Duomo y muy cerca del campo. Siena es una ciudad maravillosa. Todo está muy bien señalizado, facilita desplazarse

A loud music event outside our room until after midnight. Lovely hotel and setting spoilt by music event that began with rehearsals during the afternoon and never stopped until early next day.
