Pros:

Ótima localização, existe um serviço de valet por 15 euros o dia. Funcionarios muito simpaticos e amaveis. Pode fazer tudo a pé estando nesse hotel.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La vue de la chambre, le service de parking (30€/jour), la clim et le frigo.
La communication pour accéder à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Hôtel ancien, ce qui peut avoir du charme, mais l’entretien laisse vraiment à désirer. Dans la chambre, les murs étaient visiblement sales. La salle de bain était propre au niveau des murs, mais la douche se résumait à un simple rideau, sans vraie paroi, ce qui est très inconfortable et peu hygiénique. La planche en bois au-dessus du lavabo tient à peine. Le petit-déjeuner est très basique, le strict minimum. Pour le prix, je m’attendais à bien mieux en termes de confort et d’entretien. L'accueil était un peu direct et dans le speed.
Dommage car il y a du potentiel.

Ottimo per famiglia, centrale a Siena, bellissima vista.
Pros:

L’hotel è in una posizione centrale, vicino al Duomo e a pochi minuti da Piazza del Campo. L’hotel è provvisto di ascensore fino al secondo livello e si raggiunge l’ultimo con una sola scala a doppia rampa. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato in quattro era una specie di suite all’ultimo piano, bellissima e molto accogliente, con una vista strepitosa.
La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il bagno dotato di doccia con vasca e asciugamani per ogni ospite. Ottima la pulizia (salvo i vetri della finestra 😉).
La colazione inclusa era ricca e varia, dal salato con verdure per gli amanti del prosciutto/formaggio al classico all’italiana con brioche, marmellate, fette, latte e cereali, nonché succhi freschi. L’addetto alla colazione consente di ordinare anche bevande calde aggiuntive.
Il personale è stato gentile e molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni.

Cons:

Francamente non trovo grossi difetti da segnalare, ci siamo trovati veramente bene e se dovessimo mai tornare a Siena sceglieremmo certamente questo posto.

posizione centrale, comoda per visitare tutta la città. colazione molto ricca e super apprezzata. parcheggio non incluso ma il receptionist ci ha indicato le opzioni di parcheggio a pochi minuti di distanza.
