Lovely Stay
Pros:

This hotel is so lovely. The accommodations were very comfortable, the property gorgeous and relaxing. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast. It was a quick car ride to Panzano and Greve and so so many amazing restaurants and wineries to choose from. When I return to this area I won't bother looking elsewhere and I'll be sure to stay even longer.

Fint hotell , trevlig personal ,välstädat ,bra frukost, fin trädgård. Trevligt inrett rum.

Cons:

Bra att veta att det är 1km uppförsbacke till hotellet från byn utan trottoar om man vill dricka vin och inte kör bil.

Pros:

O apartamento é muito agradável, bem decorado, cama ótima, café da manhã variado, excelente. Curta distância a pé até o centro de Castellina in Chianti.

Cons:

Não há pessoas o tempo todo na recepção. Porém, nas interações que tive com o staff, foram prestativos.

Entspannter, schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es war unkompliziert.
Die Betten sind bequem und alles ist sehr sauber.
Inkludiert im Aufenthalt ist ein Wine Tasting im Weinkeller der Familie des Hotels, sehr schöne Erfahrung und lohnt sich definitiv!
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in einer schönen Umgebung. Castellina ist ein kleiner Ort mit charmanten Restaurants & Gassen.

nice rooms, lovely + helpful staff
Pros:

The rooms and garden are very nice, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive, which makes for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

Overall, a comfortable place very close to the tiwn centre.

Cons:

I think the description should be adjusted slightly to match reality more closely. While the property is an ancient 1400s farmhouse in the hills of Castellina in Chianti, the description said it‘s surrounded by vineyards and with views over the Elsa Valley. The surrounding landscape is partially obscured by hedges and relatively newly built houses, so it does not really feel like open, uninterrupted countryside with expansive views as one might expect from the description, but more like in a recently built neighbourhood.
