Excellent
Pros:

Amazing view and surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff. I proposed to my girlfriend and the helped me set up the experience perfectly. The rooms are very big and clean the pool amazing and the spa offers 2 saunas a hot tub and a Turkish bath. One of the best hotels I stayed.

Tolle Lage, tolle Sicht, toller Pool.
Pros:

Schön renoviertes ehemaliges Kloster mit tollem Innenhof und grandioser Aussicht von der Restaurant Terrasse. Sehr schöner Infinity Pool mit gleicher Aussicht. Zimmer geräumig und hübsch.

Cons:

Nichts. Außer, dass wir in der ganzen Woche unseres Aufenthaltes keinen Platz im Sterne-Restaurant mehr bekommen haben. Das Hotelmanagement sollte die Hotelgäste bei Buchung darauf hinweisen, dass es kurzfristig de facto nie Plätze gibt, da es auch viele externe Gäste gibt.
Das Niveau des normal Restaurants war ok.

Relaxing, tranquil stay in a great location
Pros:

Very tranquil, beautiful place. The infinity pool is very refreshing with an amazing view. The rooms maintain the old feeling of a castle but in a clean manner. Breakfast is very nice. The indoor pool,jacuzzi and spa are great. 5 min walk into the local town with lots of lovely restaurants.

Cons:

The lunch and dinner menu is quite limited when the Michelin * restaurant is closed. Although the food is very nice.

Beautiful place. Could definitely use conditioning, or provide fans.
Pros:

Beautiful stay out in the country. Very quiet and peaceful. Amazing view. Free breakfast was great. Staff was fast and attentive. Cappuccino was good.

We didn’t eat at the property, based on other reviews we decided to explore and eat in other nearby towns.

Lots of parking, the attendant took our luggage up to our room for us which was good because of the stairs. On the way out it was the same thing they got our luggage and brought it to our car for us.

The pool was beautiful especially at night. The hotel was clean. It was a beautiful place for our 20th anniversary!

Cons:

Even though there is a mini split air conditioner in the room, it doesn’t work at all. At breakfast we over heard another couple saying the same thing. We had some mini fans we brought with us to use while touring and thank goodness we had those as a back up otherwise it would have been almost unbearable with zero air movement.

I guess it’s assumed there will be a lot of stairs and no lift in an old place like this, we had no idea so the amount of stairs was a little shocking. Thank God we are younger and we were able to manage but I kept thinking of this was someone with a bad knees or a little older they would have a very hard time. Just something to keep in mind.
