Family run; friendly and helpful
Pros:

Fantastic family run hotel and staff on reception and in the restaurant were super helpful. I stayed on 2 separate nights, arriving by both bike (riding the Tuscany Trail) and back by car a few days later. The food in the restaurant was very nice both for evening meals and breakfasts. Nice clean room and comfortable beds (in both room I used). I will return as it's a great location too.

Très bel établissement dans un cadre nature paisible.
Très belle piscine, belle terrasse. Chambre spacieuse et très bonne literie
Restaurant excellent.
Chambres accessibles par ascenseur. Parking sur place.

Limpeza ( cabelos e cotão no chão quando chegámos)
Reserva de cama de casal extra grande mas eram 2 colchões individuais.
Pequeno almoço já sem alguns alimentos disponíveis (queijo e ovos mexidos já tinham acabado e sem reposição) empregado nem veio ter connosco quando chegámos.

Pros:

Location was central, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Shower was poor - low pressure, warm not hot water, old fashioned shower screen. Breakfast was ok, not excellent - no hot food.

Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man San Gimignano besichtigen möchte.
Pros:

Location und Ausblick waren super.
Frühstück draußen mit Ausblick möglich.
Kaffee im Garten.
Parkplätze vorhanden.
Personal war auch super.
Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und einem super Zustand.

Struttura accogliente ma datata, docce non funzionanti. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione soddisfacente. Il ristorante ci ha servito con molta lentezza ma diciamo che ci sta.
