Bon emplacement lors d’un roadtrip en voiture et pause d’une nuit.
Pros:

Propreté de chambres, petit déjeuner bien complet, bon emplacement.

Cons:

Globalement très bien mais manque de charme et authenticité. Ultra touristique, alors qu’on s’attendait à un petit hôtel familial.

A welcoming family-run hotel with excellent service, amenities and a beautiful location
Pros:

Hotel Sovestro is a wonderful family-run hotel within walking distance of the historic town of San Gimignano. After a day of exploring Tuscany, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
The hotel has two pools, comfortable air-conditioned rooms, daily housekeeping, and a wonderful restaurant. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help.
I stayed for six days and truly enjoyed my time there. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from San Gimignano, although I particularly enjoyed walking along the old road, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
A lovely hotel, excellent service, and a great location. I would happily stay at Hotel Sovestro again.

Hotel con trato muy familiar con un entorno inigualable. Piscina y zona exterior muy cuidada.

Cons:

El precio es algo elevado. Tener en cuenta que no hay poblaciones al rededor pero es algo que se sabe al reservar el hotel.

Pros:

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Sovestro! The accommodations were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the entire property was gorgeous. I spent most of my time by the pool, which was absolutely lovely and such a relaxing way to spend the day. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

One thing I would note for future guests is that I did not rent a car, and I found myself wishing I had. Not having a car did limit my options when it came to getting out for meals and exploring the area. That said, the hotel offers a shuttle that you can book in advance, which was SUPER convenient. Public transportation is also definitely possible, and there is a bus stop right down the hotel’s drive, which made getting around easier.

I ended up making reservations at the hotel restaurant most nights, and it was wonderful to have such a convenient option right on the property.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Sovestro, especially if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the area!
