The property itself is extremely run down and in need of maintenance. The photos displayed in this listing are not accurate for what you are booking. I have a photo of the room below but you can see the stains and worn out decor. The venue is beside a derelict building. The outdoor pool is seasonal and was not open which was not clearly mentioned what they categorise as seasonal (it was 30 degrees at the end of May and it wasn’t open). The staff were incredibly rude, we asked multiple times to have the air con fixed as it was 30 degrees and we couldn’t sleep due to the heat, having to shower multiple times throughout the night to cool off and get rid of sweat. It only blew out hot air and when I asked for the third time for it to be fixed, the staff member appeared annoyed at us asking her to do her job. There was a man loitering outside our rooms which made us uncomfortable (the staff did nothing when mentioned to them), one of our group’s tv turned on in the middle of the night full volume even though the remote was on the other side of the room and the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower as in the other room.

Very disappointing as we were excited for a relaxing get away but the value for money is not worth it. Would not recommend.

effettivamente ha ciò che offre. piscina interna aperta fino alle 22. c'è la colazione, il prezzo è anche onesto dai, per tutte queste cose.

Cons:

tutto a risparmio, un poi sporco, rattoppato, colazione scarsa, piscina non un granché e acqua non particolarmente calda... non sembrava neanche termale...

Non male ma si può migliorare
Pros:

Pulito e posizione buona per visitare Montepulciano, Pienza e la val d'Orcia. Discreta anche la SPA con Sauna, Bagno Turco e 2 Piscine calde. La stanza grande e il letto confortevole.

Cons:

L'albergo è vecchio e per quanto parti di questo sono restaurati si percepisce uno stile di anni passati e delle parti tipo i balconi che hanno ancora bisogno di lavoro. Colazione non male ma mediocre per un 4 stelle con poca attenzione su piccole cose che possono fare la differenza come per esempio tenere accesa la lampada che tiene calde le uova e la pancetta che era invece spenta con la roba fredda 2 volte su 3.

La posizione centrale, come tutti gli altri hotel in zona.

Cons:

La spa necessita assolutamente di manutenzione, i bocchettoni dell’idromassaggio non funzionanti, capisco l’ambiente umido ma troppa muffa. Inoltre non farei accedere così tanti bambini in un luogo che dovrebbe essere rilassante. Sembrava un parco acquatico.
La camera non rispetta per niente le foto, non sono neanche sicura che mi abbiano assegnato la superior che avevo prenotato.
Inoltre una struttura di un altro hotel abbandonato che rovina l’affaccio dalla camera.

Cons:

El hotel es excesivamente viejo. Tanto el baño como la habitación. Está al lado de un edificio abandonado y el parking que prometen no existe. Es aparcar en la puerta. No había hueco.
La habitación viejísima. Sucio.
El personal era amable aunque nadie hablaba español
Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel sin pasar ni una sola noche de la grima que nos daba. Al menos no nos cobraron tasa turística al no dormir ningún día allí
