La pulizia delle camere, la donna delle pulizie faceva solo il letto, non buttava né bottiglie vuote né qualsiasi cosa fuori posto. Questo me lo aspetto da un hotel a 1 massimo 2 stelle .. non a 4. E poi nelle aree comuni l’aria condizionata era davvero molto alta, si gelava e ho chiesto più volte di abbassarla.

Hay muchas cosas que decir sobre esto, no te imaginas que sea un lugar así, este pueblo sufrió una crisis turística de su sector dedicado a los tratamientos termales, es muy largo de explicar, pero lo que te encuentras son hoteles y comercios cerrados abandonados, cómo si hubiese habido una catástrofe que obligó a la gente a salir corriendo dejando todo tal cual, sin cerrar persianas, con interiores revueltos, vegetación seca en el exterior, telarañas etc...,convirtiendo la zona en un lugar fantasma, solo queda algún hotel abierto que a duras penas se sostiene, es muy triste su situación, y muy desagradable para unas vacaciones, solo íbamos de paso dos noches pero ha sido emocionalmente desolador, además, subimos a ver la piscina y alguien cerro la puerta con un pestillo sin avisar, estábamos visiblemente al final de la terraza, tardamos en poder salir más de 20 minutos, por teléfono no nos ayudaron y menos mal que subió un señor a limpiar la piscina y abrió la puerta, ¿la cerró alguien del personal o las chicas que se fueron antes que nosotros? a modo de trastada, no lo sé, pero por favor que pongan un timbre en la terraza por si se queda alguien encerrado en un séptimo piso a la intemperie, fue desesperante.
