The hotel presents itself as a wellness property, yet the reality is markedly different.
The overall condition of the facilities suggests systemic neglect, inadequate maintenance protocols, and a disregard for basic operational standards.
The atmosphere, reminiscent of The Shining in its sense of abandonment and disrepair, is not a stylistic choice but a consequence of poor management.
During our stay we had to endure safety hazards and severe hygene deficiencies:
Broken pool steps, malfunctioning spa controls, and non‑functional jets indicate a failure to meet fundamental health‑and‑safety requirements.
Persistent odours in the sauna, visible mould, cracked surfaces, and insufficient cleaning procedures undermine any claim of wellness or relaxation.
Misrepresentation of amenities: A “double bed” composed of two separating singles is not a minor oversight but a clear deviation from advertised standards.
Structural deterioration: Damaged chairs, worn furnishings, and neglected areas reflect long‑term disregard rather than isolated incidents.
Substandard breakfast service: Raw pastries, missing items, and slow service despite low occupancy point to operational inefficiency.
What is also concerning is the hotel’s response. Our formal complaint was refused without consideration, demonstrating a lack of accountability, an arrogant dismissal of guest feedback, and serious customer‑service shortcomings. This refusal is not merely discourteous; it signals an institutional unwillingness to address legitimate concerns.
Given the combination of safety issues, hygiene failures, and managerial indifference, the property warrants reporting to local authorities for appropriate inspection.
The discrepancy between the hotel’s advertised standards and its actual condition is significant and should be formally reviewed.
I do not recommend this hotel, avoid!
Ho apprezzato tantissimo le piscine e la spa illimitata. Buona anche la colazione e il servizio.
La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e andrebbe risistemata. Andrebbe migliorata anche la pulizia delle camere.

Nel breve periodo di soggiorno, sono state incluse e suggerite alcune attività gratuite con specialità locali quali wine experience ed altre degustazioni (cantuccini e tiramisu).
Da segnalare la possibilità di utilizzo dell'area welness e spa, senza limiti temporali e senza alcun supplemento di prezzo, ma compresa nel pacchetto di soggiorno.
Sia il personale addetto alla reception, che il personale di sala, sono stati cordiali e molto disponibili.
La struttura pur se dotata di confort quali una piscina su terrazzo esterno all'ultimo piano dello stabile, due piscine interne all'area spa, una palestra, sauna, bagno turco, sale relax e tisaneria, risulta un pò datata, ed abbisognerebbe di un ammodernamento strutturale per poterne valorizzare al meglio tutte le sue potenzialità.
Comunque, nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto positivo.
Spa impraticabile, 3 saune non funzionanti, la vasca idromassaggio non funzionante con acqua evidentemente ristagnante da tempo.
La "palestra" non si può definire tale, 1 tappetto e 1 attrezzo multifunzione con corde invece di tiranti veri, sporca e con una finestra sempre aperta da cui entrava ogni tipo di insetto.
La piscina e solarium con lettini rotti, terrazzo sporco e non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di mettere il piede in acqua.
La doccia in camera con rubinetto rotto.

Mi sono trovata davvero bene, c'era stata quasi un anno fa e l'ho trovato decisamente migliorato sia per rapporto qualità prezzo ma anche la piscina esterna . Tornerò in futuro

Das Haus ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Zimmer roch nach Chemie, mal abgesehen von den Schäden.
Das Frühstück war soweit okay, aber bei den Temperaturen sollte man die Wurst, Käse etc. doch auf gekühlte Flächen legen.
