The location made our stay that more enjoyable .
Pros:

The location was perfect right in the centre of the old town . The rooms were good size clean and great service . The breakfast was really good with really good ingredients and the staff were fantastic.

Vi var nöjda med vistelsen.
Pros:

Underbart gammalt hus. Takvåningen hade stor balkong, men utsikten var inte så fint. Tre personers rum fantastisk. Högt till taket, stora fönstet, takmålningat och rymlig. Bra frukost.

Cons:

BMW X5 rymdes inte i hotellets parkering.

Perfecte locatie, service rondom parkeren was uitstekend, heel lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt, goede en comfortabele kamer

Cons:

Handleiding douche ontbrak, was dus even zoeken. Geen trappen te vinden als alternatief op de lift.

Absolut zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage! Modernes, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage, für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Leider war kein privater Parkplatz am Hotel mehr frei (bei allerdings sehr spontaner Buchung), aber die empfohlene Parkgarage war super (sicher, mit 24€ für gut einen Tag bezahlbar und nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt - zwar bergauf aber mit Rolltreppen).

Cons:

Nichts, voll auf zufrieden.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, sights and views. Breakfast was superb, and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced anywhere.

Pros:

Migliorato dall'ultima volta molti anni fa, un hotel storico che strizza l'occhio alla modernità. Nemmeno a dirlo la posizione è in pieno centro, le camere sono molto belle, pulite e nuove con bagni funzionali ed accessoriati di tutto. Menzione speciale al personale, simpatico e comunicativo, il sogno di tutti i viaggiatori

Comodo per vivere appieno il centro storico.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione.
Grande camera e bagno.
Staff molto disponibile e professionale.

Cons:

Metterei le finestre alle camere, la nostra ne aveva una inaccessibile perché coperta da impalcatura per restauro che non ci era stato segnalato. Ci è stata offerta la possibilità di altra camera ma in depandance sempre nel centro città.
Segnalate macchie sullo stipite della porta che non sono state rimosse.

a wonderful stay
Pros:

Location is superb - near all the old town sites. Our room was a slightly larger one - the view was not memorable as construction was being done to nearby building - however - the room was wonderful - clean, great room service and modern accommodations. The breakfast offering was ample and the service very pleasant. Parking is the only issue - if you drive, be sure to reserve a space in their lot. the building also has apartments in it shared by locals. There aren't a lot of hotel rooms, but what there is was very nice. Also - a fairly quiet location overall.

Un palazzo che ancora racconta dei fasti trascorsi prima di diventare il primo albergo di Perugia.

Tutto.
La posizione. Ben tenuta. Pulita. Ottima colazione con prodotti del territorio. Le marmellate veramente eccellenti. Ma anche la frutta fresca . Tra le cose che ho gradito di più. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile
