Historic hotel with modern outlook
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, great mix of history in a modern setting. Staff friendly, helpful and highest hospitality standards with a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent art collection and looking forward to returning soon.

The location was excellent, a premium position that enabled us to see the city, but pop back to hotel during the day. The staff were lovely, all of them, the rooms were immaculate and the decor was modern, and arty. The breakfast was very good, with options for gluten-free.

Cons:

Air conditioning can be a little hit and miss, although I find this often in European city hotels, especially older buildings. At the moment (August 2026), there is some construction work on the building and whilst no noise, the view from some rooms may be impacted.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better. It allowed us to make quick stops at our room between sightseeing.
We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi, which was great when it got cooler in the evenings. The view from the terrace was lovely. The room was a great size and we thoroughly appreciate the large bathroom which was incredibly clean with nice amenities. Our room was also lightly cleaned everyday with new sheets and the bathroom was refreshed- loved that. We are also big breakfast people, and the breakfast was superb for a boutique hotel. The fruit selection was great- lots of berries and I made waffles every morning! Highly recommend.

Pros:

Very pleasant hotel with excellent and helpful staff. I will be putting this hotel on my small list of very excellent hotels in Europe, where I will be very glad to stay again in the future. Staff serving breakfast were exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

Over complicated room lights; lack of USB connection points. To be fair, the hotel staff did tell me that there were some USB connectors, but they were hidden behind a piece of furniture! In any case, there ought to be two two-pin sockets available - my wife and I need 6 USB connectors between us.

Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel. We have been coming here for years whenever we visit Perugia for Umbria Jazz, and it always feels like coming home.
The atmosphere is truly magical. Breakfast, served in the beautiful historic dining room, is an experience in itself and one of the highlights of every stay.
The service is outstanding, and the staff are always warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.
We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Pros:

Underbart gammalt hus. Takvåningen hade stor balkong, men utsikten var inte så fint. Tre personers rum fantastisk. Högt till taket, stora fönstet, takmålningat och rymlig. Bra frukost.

Handleiding douche ontbrak, was dus even zoeken. Geen trappen te vinden als alternatief op de lift.
