Think Twice!
Pros:

The best part of our stay was the buffet breakfast which was offered in the only room which displayed any vestiges of the original building which from the half-moon entrance window purports to date from 1786. We were booked to stay for two nights but we had to cut it to one night due to an error on our side. The hotel begrudgingly offered us a refund of €30. The location is undoubtedly and rightly so one of its main draws.

Cons:

We had been warned that there were substantive building works ongoing. Our room had one window which looked onto the service well which was full of scaffolding. Even if the scaffolding hadn't been there it would have been a depressingly dark room. The room itself has been 'cleansed' of any historical architectural detail. It could as easily have been a budget hotel with standardised units and stud work. They maintain they have parking but their space is limited to seven cars. So, if you visit Perugia by car and choose to stay in this hotel be prepared to schlep your bags some distance from the nearest public car park.

La ubicación, el jacuzzi de la terraza, las vistas, la cama comodísima, el desayuno impresionante, y el personal super amable.

Cons:

Al principio nos dieron una habitación que daba a un patio interior y no tenía nada de luz (oscuridad 100% a plena luz del día con un sol despampanante afuera, y no se veía nada, había que encender las luces). Pero al ir a reclamarlo nos lo gestionaron enseguida: con muchísima amabilidad miraron qué podían hacer, y finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación, y la nueva super bien! De 10! Estuvimos muy cómodos y todo fue perfecto. Únicamente de madrugada se oían unos graves muy lejanos como si hubiera una discoteca o bar con la música altísima. Era muy muy lejano y casi imperceptible, pero si tienes sueño ligero lo podrías llegar a escuchar y desvelarte. Es lo que tiene estar en pleno centro!

Pros:

È la seconda volta che torniamo a Perugia e per la seconda volta abbiamo scelto di soggiornare alla Locanda della Posta.
Tutto perfetto, personale gentile, struttura molto accogliente, pulita, stanze grandi, dettagli curati in ogni particolare.
Colazione 10+++, abbondantissima, con tante varietà sia dolce che salata.
Posizione centralissima.

Very comfortable and nice accommodations
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient part of Perugia. It’s very nicely updated and very clean. The shower in our triple room was really fancy and fairly complicated to use. The breakfast buffet has a terrific selection of very good quality. Cappuccini arrived before we’d both sat down! I’d love to return here. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lot of nice amenities.
