The perfect place to stay in Assisi
Pros:

Directly opposite the station and bus stops, but no noise from either.
Clean, good breakfast and dinner choices, comfortable bed, great shower.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Frequent, easy and cheap bus service to and from Assisi so cheaper and less noise than staying in the town.

Cons:

Maybe the menu in other languages please?
