Excellent location, pleasant stay.
Pros:

Excellent location for train and bus. Also a short walk to many restaurants in the "new" town. Friendly staff. Quiet and clean room.

Cons:

Room and bathroom on the small side. Good breakfast buffet, but lacked fresh fruit.

Nähe zum Bahnhof, sehr gut zum Bus nach Assisi alt angebunden. Sauberes Zimmer und nett.
Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück war karg und irgendwie der Eindruck abgezählt. Gebäck nicht ganz frisch.
WC Papier war ins Wasser gefallen und getrocknet, wurde trotzdem versiegelt und angeboten. Jedoch gab es noch eine 2. unversehrte Ersatzrolle.

Posizione perfetta come base per visitare Assisi, davanti alla stazione ferroviaria (ma comunque molto tranquillo) e alla fermata della navetta per Assisi, con parcheggio interno.

Sono stato in questa struttura per seguire una manifestazione sportiva e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Le persone tutte molto gentili, cordiali, ottima colazione con una varietà di dolci, e tutti ottimi, che rendeva difficile una scelta. La camera comoda ma se volessi lasciare anche una nota negativa, un pò troppo calda. Ah ..... ho lasciato anche il mio carica batteria del cellulare in camera ....
