Très bon séjour grâce à Francesco !
Pros:

Nous avons passé cinq nuits dans cet établissement et avons été globalement ravis de notre séjour.

L'hôtel est très agréable, bien situé et possède un très beau cadre. La piscine est grande et particulièrement agréable, et l'ensemble de l'établissement est bien entretenu. Les chambres sont soignées, simples et confortables, et nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère générale du lieu.

Mais le véritable coup de cœur de ce séjour a été Francesco, à la réception.

Ma maman était venue en Italie dans un contexte assez particulier : elle souhaitait retrouver ses racines familiales et essayer de comprendre ce qui était arrivé à sa famille italienne au fil des années. Francesco a été absolument exceptionnel dans son accompagnement.

Il a pris le temps de l'écouter, de comprendre sa démarche et de l'aider dans ses recherches. Grâce à lui, elle a notamment pu renouer avec certaines personnes qu'elle ne connaissait pas auparavant mais qui se sont révélées être des membres éloignés de sa famille, et rencontrer des personnes qui avaient connu sa famille italienne.

Au-delà de son professionnalisme, Francesco a fait preuve d'une véritable attention humaine. Il a été disponible, bienveillant, patient et toujours extrêmement agréable. Pour ma maman, qui vivait ce voyage avec beaucoup d'émotion, son aide a réellement compté et a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Nous tenons donc vraiment à le remercier pour tout ce qu'il a fait. Il a été bien plus qu'un réceptionniste : il a véritablement accompagné ma maman dans une démarche personnelle qui lui tenait énormément à cœur.

Concernant les petits points perfectibles, nous aurions beaucoup apprécié trouver en chambre une bouilloire ou une machine à café, avec quelques sachets de thé, du café ou éventuellement une petite attention permettant de se préparer une boisson chaude.

Kind reception, great hotel
Pros:

Love this property. More so, if possible, loved the staff. Guida in reception was a blessing. She welcomed us with a kind heart and genuine kindness. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Great location and lots of thoughtful little details. We even found slippers in the room, which is quite rare in hotels these days! The breakfast was good – perhaps a little more variety would be nice, but overall it was tasty and convenient.

Cons:

The only downside was the shower tap, as the hose was very short. The interior is a little old-school and there were some marks on the ceiling, but these are just minor details. Overall, everything else was great and we had no complaints.

Ottimo hotel situato a 10 minuti dal centro e a 2 dalla zona commerciale.la colazione era ottima e abbondante le camere spaziose per chi viaggia in moto come me c'è il parcheggio al aperto al interno del hotel e il parcheggio interrato.il personale e molto gentile e sempre disponibile
