Struttura accogliente e personale eccezionale
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un fine settimana e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene.

Ho usufruito anche del ristorante interno e la cena è stata ottima, servita in una sala elegante e molto accogliente.

La colazione viene servita su una terrazza con una vista bellissima.

Un punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato con il parcheggio dell’auto, con i bagagli e si sono dimostrati pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra esigenza, anche per i piccoli dettagli che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Consiglio vivamente di includere anche l’accesso alla spa durante il soggiorno. Ho apprezzato sia la vasca idromassaggio interna sia, soprattutto, la piscina riscaldata al primo piano e la sala relax, perfette per concedersi qualche ora di benessere.

Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e consiglio sicuramente questa struttura.

questo è stato il mio secondo breve soggiorno e spero di riuscire a farne un terzo possibilmente più lungo.
Pros:

camera molto comoda pulita e ben climatizzata, colazione abbondante per tutti i gusti e di ottima qualità, personale gentile ed estremamente professionale.
Spa e ristorante all’altezza di tutta la struttura che rende piacevole il soggiorno che soddisfa ogni esigenza.

Good but underwhelming.
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the centre of Gubbio. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety, and the waiting staff remembered our complicated coffee order. We ate dinner one night and that was very good too with excellent recommendations for wine by the glass. The rooms were well equipped and maintained.

Cons:

The fact that you could only use the outdoor pool by paying E35 each a day! It wasn't clear that it was attached to the spa so you could only use the indoor pool without paying. This had an outdoor terrace that looked out at the building but we wanted to sit by an outdoor pool and look at the view without paying for full spa access, which we were not interested in.
We also didn't like the fact that the hotel was empty. This meant that the levels of service were reduced with no one at the bar near the pool and often no one at the indoor bar.
Finally, there was no attempt to tell us what was going on, either in the hotel or in Gubbio. We were surprised to see people drinking on the terrace on night as we were not aware that this was available and we were lucky to stumble on the Mille Miglia antique car race which the hotel seemed unaware of.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Accueil dès notre arrivée pour nous orienter vers le garage (gratuit). Petit déjeuner très varié avec terrasse donnant sur de belles vues.
Lors de notre séjour, il y avait un mariage, mais cela n’a généré absolument aucune nuisance : ni bruit dans l’hôtel, ni perturbation au restaurant. C’est exceptionnel.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé que le dîner démarre plus tôt que 20 heures, mais cela est compensé par un service rapide et attentionné.
