Clean and tidy with a huge comfortable bed.

Great hotel very convenient for seeing all of the old town
Pros:

Really nice setting to enjoy after walking around in the town and all of the town is easily walkable from this location. Hotel has a nice patio and bar and breakfast room. Parking spaces can be reserved onsite. Really nice rooms and helpful staff. We had to leave very early one day to go to Spello Flower Festival so they offered to make us breakfast sandwiches to take with us at 6:45 AM! "Above an beyond" services...
