Pros:

La colazione era molto buona e molto varia e lo staff, sia alla reception che alla colazione, molto gentile e disponibile.
Disponibilità di parcheggio.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la disponibilità della piscina, purtroppo però la presenza massiccia di zanzare ha reso impossibile stare nella zona piscina per più di mezz’ora. Capisco che la struttura è immersa nel verde, e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore, ma una disinfestazione per le zanzare mi sembra il minimo se ci presenta come una struttura a 4 stelle. La stanza si trovava nella torretta, punto più alto dell’edificio, e con un bambino piccolo da portare in braccio è stato impegnativo. La stanza molto spartana, niente bollitore o macchina del caffè che solitamente ormai si trova ovunque, porta della stanza rumorosissima e bagno terribile, la ventola rilasciava un odore davvero sgradevole, la doccia si riempiva di acqua quasi subito quindi lo scarico era intasato, e il water incastrato tra doccia muro e lavandino era molto scomodo da utilizzare per degli adulti. Idea was to ask for more day stay before to arrive, we change it after arrival.
Pros:

The villa in general was a nice structure. Nice garden, nice building, swimming pool.

Cons:

My family room was not well arranged on our arrival. I personally change the additional bed location and move furniture to made the room comfortable enough. The cleaning condition wan not good (dust everywhere). The room bathroom was old and small.

El personal, el chico joven nos recomendó varios restaurantes y zonas para ver. Muy bien

Creo que intentan darle un ambiente rústico o antiguo pero en verdad acaba resultando un aspecto viejo. Se entiende la idea pero hay muchas cosas que pueden ser nuevas o mejoradas con aspecto rústico. Entonces me parece un poco caro

Agréable séjour au calme dans une ancienne villa à proximité d'Orvieto
Pros:

Très jolie bâtisse, un peu hors du temps, au coeur de la verdure et au calme. Derrière la villa, on peut profiter d'une grande piscine avec transats pour se détendre après la visite de la charmante ville d'Orvieto. Le personnel est très gentil. Très bon moment.

Cons:

Les serviettes de piscine sont facturées, ce qui est bien indiqué, mais nous n'avions pas vu l'affiche.
