Can NOT be recommended- sad and depressing place.
Pros:

Exterior front view
Ample parking

Cons:

This is not a hotel- other than breakfast there are no opportunities for drinks or food. ( this is despite what the details say on Booking.com) The owner suggested we buy takeaway and eat in the garden!
This is not advertised as self catering accomodation!
Very expensive room and breakfast
Location area is on edge housing / business area with very limited facilities/ shopping- not a pleasant area.
It is at the least a Declining business, we were the only guests, it felt a very sad depressing place to be
We had hoped for 4 days of relaxation by staying at the property, using the pool and eating in what we understood to be a hotel.
This building has potential but needs updating, air con barely working, electrical sockets a little scary.
We paid for a superior room, the view from which out of both windows was close overgrown bamboo.
We found the place so depressing that decided to leave after just one night- the owner refused to offer any refund, instead a voucher to return at another time( as if we would!!)
Sadly I didn’t take many photos as I don’t tend to take photos that don’t create happy memories or bring me joy.
After many attempts to contact booking.Com they are now looking into my complaint but admit it will take several weeks

Cons:

Initially there were no umbrellas for shade around the swimming pool , but a couple of hours later brand new ones appeared !!

Pros:

Il posto è bellissimo, la struttura costituita da una villa ricca di fascino ti trasporta in un’altra epoca facendoti staccare completamente la spina.
La piscina ampia è ottima sia per nuotare che per i bambini che si divertono moltissimo, il grande giardino curatissimo offre un gazebo dove si può anche mangiare comodamente, osservare le cicogne e le belle piante e poi oltre tutto la grande gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Marcella ha reso il nostro soggiorno stupendo.

Bella atmosfera, ma gestione dell’hotel da rivedere senza cura per il cliente finale, anche a fronte di errori commessi

Bella atmosfera con una villa d’epoca, sicuramente accogliente e particolare come ambientazione

Cons:

Diverse cose
- Gestione e accoglienza decisamente da rivedere, riversando sugli ospiti errori fatti in fase di prenotazione dall’hotel stesso
- Dopo aver prenotato tramite booking una stanza da 30 m² vengo chiamato dicendo che in realtà per colpa di booking quella stanza non era disponibile e offrendomi apprezzo maggiorato due stanze separate creando quindi un disagio; essendo ormai partito e non dando neanche la possibilità di cancellare, sono state accomodate in una stanza per tre persone circa la metà in termini di grandezza rispetto a quella originaria prenotata, e tutto chiaramente allo stesso prezzo, in quanto non hanno voluto sapere di alcuna riduzione e facendo addirittura pagare l’acqua dal frigo bar

Un Buon soggiorno
Pros:

Ottima la piscina, ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.

Cons:

La colazione salata troppo semplice.
Al conto avevamo prenotato con Booking ed era compresa la tassa di soggiorno però, secondo le indicazioni della reception e come ci è stato mostrato dal loro portale di prenotazione, questa è stata richiesta di nuovo. Non so di chi sia l ‘errore, di per certo, non è stato corretto nei nostri confronti.

Meraviglioso soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, completamente immersa nel verde. Lo spazio in cui è ubicata la piscina è tranquillo e ben tenuto. La camera l’ho trovata molto accogliente e con aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Il materasso un po’ scomodo.

Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel ( 4 Übernachtungen) auf unserer Durchreise durch Toscana, Lazien und Umbrien sehr genossen !!! Die Lage war traumhaft. Sehr ruhig. Kein Straßenverkehr. Die Parkanlage schön gepflegt. Richtig die Tage zu genießen. Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Zu der Zeit noch nicht viel ausgebucht. Team des Hotels stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war klein ( so wie reserviert) aber sehr sauber. Parkplatz und Swimmingpool sauber.Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In diesen Herrenhaus, wie wir das empfunden haben ( erst vor Ort), werden wir noch zurück kommen. Nur zu empfpehlen. Es war sehr schön .

Cons:

Keine Bemerkungen. Im Internet kann man noch uralte Bewertungen des Hotels finden. Ich denke, die müssten gelöscht werden. Nach 5-8 Jahren haben die Bewertungen dort nicht zu suchen. Das Hotel- Management hat schon sicherlich Verbesserungen eingeführt.

Stunning historic building with lovely staff
Pros:

Amazing historic villa set in beautiful gardens and a nice pool.

Cons:

But of distance from the town. So would have been nice to be able to buy a glass of wine or beer at the hotel itself

beau bâtiment ancien. Très bons petits déjeuners. Personnel serviable.

Cons:

La mauvaise literie (chambre 12). Salle de bain vieillissante. Le manque de suivi général du propriétaire. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Angenhmer Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schöne Lage in gepflegtem Park. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hauseingang.

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein. Dusche und Badewanne wartungsbedürftig.
