The location is brilliant. Very close to everything

Cons:

Some staff were clueless. Couldn’t speak anything but Italian which is difficult when you’re in hospitality at the hotel’s front desk!! The single beds aren’t that comfortable and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room - we had to ask especially for them.

Orvieto città dei Papi con vicoli medioevali , presenza etrusca da vedere e vivere anche la sera.
Pros:

Edificio storico nel centro ben tenuto con vista sui tetti d Orvieto . Camera spaziosa , terrazza attrezzata con lettini per prendere il sole, bagno pulito , climatizzazione silenziosa ben regolata. Staff gentile e accogliente.

center of town, functional but the staff was the star.
Pros:

Good location in the middle of town, just off of the main street in Orvieto. Room was nice, nothing special but very functional. Breakfast was the best we had during our two week stay in Italy, and I would like to highlight how nice the breakfast room staff was. Front desk was also helpful, she called to restaurant to reserve a table for us, which turns out to be very helpful as that restaurant was turning away all walk-ins, to the point the owner locked the door. Good value for your money.

Do yourself a favour - book here - close to everything. It felt safe and it was the perfect way to end our Italian holid

Vistas increíbles, cálida atención, a un paso de todo
Pros:

Uno de sus recepcionistas nos explicó la historia de Orvieto, nos encantó escuchar estos detalles, su amabilidad. La vista desde el balcón de nuestra habitación ubicada en el 5to piso es increíble. Además, el hotel está situado a pocos metros del área de restaurantes.

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. NON UN HOTEL A QUATTRO STELLE, E NEMMENO A TRE.

Colazione pessima, da pensione di terz’ordine, priva del minimo indispensabile, cappuccino freddo, uova non disponibili, tè con acqua nel bollitore non calda, cibo miserrimo, personale sgradevole e per nulla accogliente e disponibile. In camera telefono non funzionante e mai riparato, frigo bar che non raffreddava, mancanza di appoggio per le valigie, letto scomodo (matrimoniale ma con due materassi separati e scomodissimi), biancheria del bagno da pensione di terz’ordine, kit di accoglienza in bagno ridicoli, in terrazza - sporca - tracce di animali vari (topi), stanza posta all’ultimo piano ma senza ascensore e per di più nessuna persona di servizio che ci abbia aiutato a portare le valigie (due ospiti over 60), taxi per ripartire prenotato e mai arrivato. Hall tristissima. Esperienza negativa sotto tutti i punti di vista. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo pessimo.
