A unique, beautiful hotel, centrally located with helpful staff.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem! Centrally located right next to the basilica, it was close to everything. The view from our balcony was the side of the basilica with the beautiful windows. Such a great spot!
The hotel itself is like a wonderful museum. There is art everywhere, and each room has a different theme. There is an old world charm about this historic building and yet it had all of the modern conveniences. I would highly recommend this unique, lovely hotel.

Cons:

It was tricky finding our way to the hotel by car. They did send me directions, as there are many one way and pedestrianized roads around the basilica. However, they were not easy to follow. Having said that, when I called the hotel the staff were so helpful in talking me through the directions to get there. It was worth it in the end and having a garage attached to the hotel was a bonus!

Top localisation et top petit déjeuner
Pros:

La localisation est incroyable, à côté du Duomo et à 50m de la Piazza Maggiore. Idéal. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire: nombreux produits locaux, frais, variés et en abondance. La chambre est "dans son jus" s'agissant d'un bâtiment historique qui ne manque pas de charme. Personnel disponible et attentionné.

Une grande TV qui trône au milieu de la chambre!

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and traditional. The room was very comfortable, lovely decoration and clean. The location was perfect, right off the square and great places to eat and drink all around

Cons:

The breakfast had lots of sweet options but not so much savoury. All lovely quality just not quite to our taste
