Location, convenience, quiet, comfortable
Pros:

Location is fabulous, adjacent to central square yet on a quiet street; and convenient to historic features of interest, shopping, restaurants, services. Room was well appointed and bed very comfortable. AC functioned well and easy to adjust.

Sumptuous breakfast buffet, so many choices, fresh and well presented. Brewed coffee available, as well as "to order" Italian traditional offerings.

Reception friendly and oriented to helping make our visit memorable, including assisting with reservations.

Quiet, charming, centrally located historic hotel with facilities and decor a very high standard
Pros:

Delightful hotel right next to the Duomo in the centre of Bologne. Despite this central location it was in a very quiet street away from the main square alongside the cathedral. It was a wonderful historic hotel, beautifully decorated to a very high standard. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Delicious and every possible option for breakfast.

Ästhetisch und super Comfort, lieben wir.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett super bequem. Es war ästhetisch und gemütlich, im Sommer klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war auch sehr ausgewogen, gutes Angebot. Schöne Räumlichkeiten.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts wirklich. Die Ecke in der das Hotel ist ist sehr ruhig und es liegt zentral. Das ist super, ich habe nichts negatives.
