We are a family of 4 and stayed in one of the apartment suites. Lovely, clean property and the staff was all very welcoming and helpful. Location is great, right in the centre of downtown with lots of shops and food. We had breakfast included with our stay and my daughter in celiac and they were so lovely and made sure she had a variety of options that were safe for her to eat. Would definitely stay again.
Central Location, Italian elegance of decor, warm staff, delicious breakfast (hot foods are available), all on the target and met our expectations.

This boutique hotel is very well located and provides excellent service and comfortable rooms. Their breakfast is delicious and the breakfast room is very quaint. We hope to stay here again when we return to Bologna.

Amazing wonderful hotel full of charm and so close to everything. Staff is friendly and attentive and knowledgable. Amenities are luxurious. Breakfast was a feast and so delish. Adorable and charming rooms with suites available. Decor is super. We would definitely stay again - hopefully for longer!

What an excellent hotel. Staff friendly and attentive, rooms good as was breakfast. Very art nouveau with Rennie Mackintosh Argyle chairs and other nouveau touches. There was a massive storm on our last night and we had water ingress. We were provided with an upgrade to a suite as soon as we notified reception. Friendly, polite, clean, quiet and stylish.
The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Bologna. We had a very comfortable and spacious room, a great shower and breakfast was varied and delicious
The hotel is in the perfect location. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shops nearby. The hotel is in the historic centre and within walking distance of the major attractions like the old market quarter, the two towers, university etc. The service and staff is helpful, kind and attentive. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lovely little coffee shop right next door to the hotel.

The lady that checked us in was extremely rude and we were actually thinking of leaving the hotel finding another place. We have never experienced something like this.
