It was fine. This is the only area of the hotel that could be improved. Eggs were not great and other options could be improved like toast and jams
This hotel is in a great location-just a 3-minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore. There was a movie shown in the Piazza on a large screen each night. This was very enjoyable! The medieval architecture was spectacular. The food was excellent. And the wine even more excellent! The hotel breakfast was really good. The hotel room and bathroom were both really spacious and comfortable. There were many shopping and dining places within a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning was not working properly so they have to fix it and took a while to get going

The location is phenomenal. You are just feet away from Plaza Maggiore. The staff are lovely, too. Kind and responsive.
The toilet also smelt slightly of canal water. The barroom was spotlessly clean when I arrived, but there was a faint unpleasant odor that never quite left. Also, I liked it, but guests should ld be aware that the mattresses are quite firm.
