9.7
Consistent praise for staff: 'very kind personnel', 'reception molto professionale e accogliente', 'Nettes Personal', and staff going beyond expectations (showing Senna's room), supporting an excellent service rating.

Multiple mentions of a tranquil, green location, proximity to Imola/autodromo and good access to Bologna and the city centre; overall highly positive location sentiment.

Beds described as very comfortable, rooms spacious and well equipped; one negative point flagged was absence of an iron in rooms, slightly reducing the score.

Good amenities noted (pool, garden, veranda, free parking), but repeated negatives: crowded pools, parking security concerns and small toiletries (20 ml shampoo) lower this category.
