Good location, lovely staff, overall good property and would stay again
Pros:

Great location, super friendly staff, good to hire bikes and get out and do stuff. Room was spacious

Cons:

Bed was ok but not great. The breakfast had a good write up about artesian products and not being over done to not be wasteful but freshness of products was a bit average and coffee wasn’t as authentic as we expect in Italy. Lovely staff though

Tutto ottimo, staff gentilissimo, abbiamo apprezzato tanto il consiglio dello staff per il ristorante per la cena

In centro a Ferrara di fronte al castello posizione ottima

Cons:

Per accedere si deve passare in zona ztl forse questo un po’ scomodo ma basta comunicare la targa all’hotel oppure parcheggiare fuori e arrivare a piedi, vicino c’è il parcheggio della coop e in meno di 2 minuti a piedi sei in struttura

Hotel in pieno centro, struttura moderna pulita ed efficiente

Mi è piaciuta la posizione strategica e l’accoglienza di gran parte del personale

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che, pur avendo pagato la colazione x 2 persone, dovendo partire solo mezz’ora prima dell’orario in cui era servita la colazione, non mi è stato offerto neanche un caffè!!!
