Pros:

Staff molto gentile ed accogliente , tutti gli spazi dell hotel sono curati e molto puliti. Belliseima la stanza, molto apprezzato.il bagno da poco ristrutturato.La posizione : super !

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la colazione molto basica e limitata. Frutta fresca da rivedere se metterla o meno perché era vecchia e non di stagione. Un cenno molto positivo invece al personale della caffetteria : molto gentile e professionale, ottimo il cappuccino richiesto ma per il resto trovato poca varietà e poca qualità. Presente qualche pasta del caffè Europa ma non basta a compensare il resto. Più cura e freschezza dei prodotti basterebbero a rendere perfetto il soggiorno!

Hotel centrale, comodo per girare la città e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. Camera adeguata alle necessità. Colazione completa con anche delle chicche particolari.

The location was great, decent sweet breakfast. Possibility for car parking is very important! Its a standard 4 bed room, very basic.

Pros:

Una bella struttura elegante. Stanza pulita spaziosa ed ordinata. Buona colazione e staff disponibile. Niente da dire, consigliato se andate a Ferrara e cercato un buon alloggio in una posizione strategica.

Very good location. The hotel seems to have its heyday behind it for a while, but for a short stay it is perfectly OK.
The Caffe Europa is very pleasant, accessible from both the street and the hotel. It has great staff and nice prices for quality drinks and everything else.

Cons:

A few small things like a functional bar with the possibility of sitting in the evening after a walk through the city in an otherwise nice space between the indoor parking lot and the reception, where a small fountain would be very nice and useful and the place would take on a completely different dimension, would greatly help the overall impression.

Prima verblijf voor een tussenstop.
Pros:

Prima locatie ten opzichte van de stad. Je kan overal lopend naar toe. Kamer was groot maar je moet wel van hout houden ;-) maar prima. Badkamer vol maar prima. Prima locatie voor een nachtje.in de middag zijn veel winkels en terrassen gesloten. In de avond is het gezellig.

Cons:

Wij hadden parkeerplaats geboekt. Werd ons een plek toegewezen. Sleutel van je auto moet je inleveren. Na terugkomt van een uurtje weg zagen we dat de auto al verplaatst was. Niet nodig dat ze in je auto zitten. Dus sleutel opgevraagd en niet meer ingeleverd. Ontbijt is goed, werd pas laat weer terug aangevuld. Veel mensen gezien die zo goed als niets meer hadden.

Nettes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist für die Besichtigung der Stadt perfekt, nur der Parkplatz (welcher nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war) ist etwas versteckt bzw. schwierig zu finden und auch eher klein.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fehlt es leider an frischem Gemüse und Brot, auch das Salz musste erst nachgefragt werden. Da es sich in ein altes Gebäude handelt sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig, also nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf.
