La zona in cui so trova.

Cons:

Anche se loro dicono il contrario, il wifi in camera non arrivava, nella doccia non c'è nulla per appoggiare sapone/shampoo, qualche ragnetto nel soffito sul letto, e il terrazzino un po' sporco. Tutto è trascurato e vecchiotto. Se si aggiunge che non si può fare colazione, non mi sembra che possa essere un albergo di 4 stelle.

Posizione centrica in ZTL

Cons:

Non arriva il segnale wifi in diverse stanze. Viaggiavo con colleghe per lavoro e in due stanze su tre non funzionava il wifi. Non c’era un attaccapanni ne uno specchio in camera e solo una spina disponibile (cellulare, pc, orologio e kindle da caricare!!). Su booking diceva colazione inclusa ma non hanno più la cucina da 5 anni

Very disappointing stay, far from 4-star standards and in urgent need of renovation.

Far from a 4-star standard. Shower not usable (broken/missing control) and no real assistance provided.
Continuous noise all night – impossible to sleep.
The hotel clearly requires urgent renovation; in its current state it feels closer to a 1-star property.

JUNIOR SUITE , VASCA IDROMASSAGGIO, DOPO UNA GIORNATA IN FIERA OTTIMO AVERLA SCELTA! CONSIGLIO VERAM

staff/efficienza nei servizi per la ztl /per la direzione in presenza e estremamente disponibile come tutto il personale che ha risposto immediatamente e risolto mettendo e offrendo tutto il relax dovuto a persone come me che erano in viaggio di lavoro,e che non erano pronte ad aspettarsi eventi meteo repentivi di quel tipo ( non mi trovo a molto agio con la neve e il freddo) e ho trovato , un ambiente:caldo rassicurante che mi ha dato spiegazioni, indicazioni,e non mi ha fatto sentire assolutamente UN CLIENTE MA UNA PERSONA.

Cons:

ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA IN REALTA'. HO GRADITO DAL PRIMO ALL'ULTIMO GIORNO. E CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. SE ANDATE A FORLÌ CHIEDETE UNA DI QUELLE STANZE, JUNIOR SUITE! NE VALE LA PENA!

In total very comfortable to stay in the center.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the reception is very helpful, the room is very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom is very poor . Shower needs a shelf to put soap or shampoo on. Shower area and bathroom need to be modernized. Also plugs.
