Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit absolut unqualifiziertem Personal

Ein extrem in die Jahre gekommenes Hotelzimmer, das zudem so klein ist, dass man nicht einmal zwei Koffer nebeneinander abstellen kann. Die Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert und das gesamte Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört wirklich jede Kleinigkeit aus den umliegenden Zimmern und vom Flur. Ohne Ohrstöpsel war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken.

Die Bettwäsche wird standardmäßig nur alle drei Tage gewechselt, angeblich aus ökologischen Gründen. Auf uns wirkte es allerdings eher wie eine Sparmaßnahme. Möchte man täglich frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, werden dafür zusätzlich 5 Euro verlangt. Generell hat man den Eindruck, dass für sehr viele Dinge ein Aufpreis verlangt wird. Möchte man beispielsweise etwas vom übrig gebliebenen Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer nehmen, soll man dafür bezahlen. Selbst frisch gepresster Orangensaft beim Frühstück kostet extra.

Auch der Parkplatz ist mit 20 Euro pro Tag ausgesprochen teuer, wobei hohe Parkplatzpreise während der Hauptsaison in Rimini leider keine Seltenheit sind.

Der Pool befindet sich direkt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Durch Verkehrslärm und Abgase kommt dort für uns keinerlei entspannte Urlaubsatmosphäre auf.

Hinzu kamen technische Probleme: Die Batterie des Tresors war leer. Trotz Hinweis wurde das Problem erst sehr spät und kurz vor unserer Abreise behoben, sodass wir einen Großteil unseres Aufenthalts unsere Wertsachen nicht im Tresor unterbringen konnten.

Besonders problematisch war die defekte Dusche. Die Temperatur ließ sich offenbar nicht zuverlässig regulieren, wodurch sich meine Freundin durch plötzlich sehr heißes Wasser sogar Verbrennungen zuzog. So etwas darf unserer Meinung nach in einem Hotel nicht passieren.

Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir die vielen sehr guten Bewertungen leider überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Piacevole permanenza - Colazione top!
Pros:

Colazione ottima, molto varia, molta scelta, spazi ampi.
Un "plus": la zona di tavolini dedicata ai clienti con cani, così da poterli portare con se durante la colazione e non lasciarli in camera. Super apprezzato!

Cons:

La camera era accogliente e arredata gradevolmente, anche se non molto grande. Solo un paio di aspetti un po' meno apprezzati:
- l'ingresso in camera era molto stretto e si faceva molta fatica ad entrare con il passeggino
- la porta del bagno non si apriva completamente perché andava a sbattere all'interno bel bagno
- il balcone/terrazzo era molto ampio, ma con una ringhiera divisoria con elementi molto molto larghi...avendo un cane non potevamo tener aperto per paura che il cane andasse nei balconi dei vicini

Molto da migliorare
Pros:

Piaciuto la posizione, per il resto è un hotel che avevo pernottato molti anni prima con un servizio qualitativo nel complesso diverso. bisogna migliorare completamente la struttura che ormai mi sembra datata dal tempo

Cons:

Mi aspettavo la proverbiale cortesia e sorriso che contraddistingue la Romagna . Alla reception poco sorriso e poca elasticità nel trovare anche una piccola soluzione.
P.s. sono ancora in attesa di ricevere una telefonata per la problematica del mio lascito in stanza.

Bellissimo soggiorno!
Pros:

L’hotel gode di una posizione eccellente: in pochissimi minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la passeggiata dello shopping che la spiaggia. Dalle camere si gode di una splendida vista. Un grande plauso va al personale, sempre gentilissimo e competente; le camere vengono curate e pulite ogni giorno con estrema attenzione. Ho apprezzato molto la spiccata sensibilità ecologica della struttura, dimostrata dalla possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua fresca ai piani evitando l'uso delle bottiglie di plastica. Ottimo anche il ristorante adiacente per i pasti, guidato da uno staff cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione è varia, ma l’ho trovata un pò meno alta qualitativamente rispetto agli altri pasti. Buonissimi comunque i cornetti integrali.
