Rendben lett, a kezdeti megtorpanás után. Szép, tiszta szállás. Remek konyhával.

Cons:

Érkezéskor megpróbáltak a foglalt szobánál olcsóbb kategóriába áttenni a drágább szoba árán. Illetve, hogy a tartozkodás idején költözzünk ide-oda a hotelben.
Ezt a kis trükközést leszámítva minden rendben volt.

A napágy sajnos nincs az árban. És drágább, mint a parton.

Jó szálloda,de van még hova fejlődni a szolgáltatások/kommunikáció terén.
Pros:

Elhelyezkedés,modern/felujitott szoba. Reggeli/vacsora rendben volt.

Cons:

Kevés az egy lift a hotel teljes vendegkorere. A matrac sajnos nekunk nagyon kenyelmetlen volt(bar ez egyeni preferencia)
A teton levo pezsgofurdo nem uzemelt es nem is volt valami tiszta.
A reggelinel senki nem kerdezte meg hogy kerunk e kavet.

Vacanza perfetta: cibo ottimo, vista mozzafiato e staff eccezionale!

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro dal 13 al 16 agosto in una suite con vista mare ed è stata un’esperienza perfetta dall’inizio alla fine.
La camera era fantastica e dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata impeccabile, minibar e un bagno con una doccia comodissima. Il vero valore aggiunto è stato il balcone con vista mare, che ogni mattina ci ha regalato un panorama davvero stupendo.
Abbiamo scelto la formula pensione completa con pacchetto all-inclusive al ristorante e il cibo era a dir poco squisito! Menzione speciale per le serate a tema, in particolare la serata romagnola, davvero fantastica e curata.
L’atmosfera in hotel è accogliente e calorosa, tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e cordiale. Un ringraziamento particolare al direttore Antonio per la sua squisita disponibilità. Torneremo senza alcun dubbio!

Cons:

L’unica piccola nota negativa è l’ascensore: è risultato un po' piccolo per il numero di ospiti, creando spesso tempi di attesa un po' lunghi.

Una settimana di totale relax coccolato da tutto il personale super presente e competente(Megi alla reception, top).Una camera vista mare pulitissima a dir poco stupenda; e per i pasti,che dire, c'era il ben di Dio,i romagnoli imbattibili.Torneremo di sicuro e consigliatissimo 100%.

La vera accoglienza romagnola. Da tornare
Pros:

La struttura è davanti al mare a pochi passi dal centro di Viserba, la spiaggia convenzionata accogliente e con lettini molto distanziati tra loro. L’accoglienza dell’albergo è stata veramente eccellente, cocktail di benvenuto e sempre disponibili ad eventuali richieste. Le cene abbondanti con menù che cambiavano ogni giorno e la vista del mare impagabile. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Forse l’ascensore un po’ piccolo e spesso occupato.
