A szoba szép volt, rendezett, mindennap takarítottak, amiben semmi kivetnivaló nem volt. Alapfelszereltség rendben, viszont egy ilyen árkategóriába szerintem egy vízforraló vagy egy alap kávéfőző simán beleférne.

Cons:

A személyzet nem túl kedves és probléma esetén nem vagy csak napok múlva többszöri kérésre imtézkedett.

Nothing “luxury” about this hotel
Pros:

The worst 4-star hotel we have ever experienced. There is nothing “luxury” about this hotel. The location is very good, but that is where the positives end.

At best, the staff seem indifferent, and in many cases arrogant. Before our arrival, we asked three simple questions by email, but one of them was simply ignored. The receptionist appeared uninterested when we arrived.

We booked half board, which I would not recommend. In a country with so much excellent food and so many skilled chefs, we have never experienced such poor quality. Some hot dishes were served lukewarm or even cold, the vegetables were completely overcooked, and the tiramisu was put out while still frozen.

We also purchased drinks included with the meals, which turned out to mean that you can have either one bottle of wine or one large bottle of soft drink to share. If, for example, you want different soft drinks, this costs extra. This is misleading and was in no way clear when booking the stay. The waiters seem indifferent if you do not speak Italian.

We booked a Deluxe room for four people. A very small Room, but clean. Two had normal beds, while the other two had a sofa bed, which is not unusual in itself. What is unusual is that the sofa bed was only approximately 170 cm long, meaning that two of us could not sleep fully stretched out. The room information on the website was insufficient.

Jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich byłam. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju na ostatnim piętrze z dużym tarasem i pięknym widokiem na miasto, morze i San Marino. Wszystko nowe, przemyślany wystrój. Pokoje codzienne sprzątane. Bardzo cenię sobie czystość w hotelach, a ta była na najwyższym poziomie. Korzystaliśmy ze śniadań, mogło by być więcej warzyw o czym wspominają poprzednicy. Excellent hotel service
Pros:

Our stay in this hotel left an exceptionally pleasant impression. Here you really feel like a welcome guest thanks to the high level of service, cosy atmosphere and attentive attitude of the staff.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Tatiana. She became the real face of the hotel for us. From the first day until the very departure, Tatiana helped in absolutely all matters - always with a smile, benevolence and a sincere desire to help. Thanks to her professionalism and care, any requests were resolved quickly and easily. Such employees make the rest truly comfortable and memorable.
I would also like to recognise the excellent work of the restaurant staff. Many thanks to Silvia, Rodica, Liza and Pietro for their attentive, warm and professional service. Each meal was held in a pleasant atmosphere thanks to their care, courtesy and sincere attitude to the guests. They were always friendly, attentive to details and created the feeling that every guest here is really welcome.

Thanks to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful holiday! We'd love to come back here again and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

All'arrivo avevo chiesto se era possibile visto che ero con mia mamma anziana di poter avere un po' prima gentilmente la camera per farla stendere visto i 38 gradi.. invece niente ho chiesto un po' di volte ma nulla e abbiamo dovuto attendere per forza dopo le 14 per avere la camera, ci avevano detto inoltre che avremmo trovato le valige in camera invece sono dovuta scendere io a prendermele.
