Posizione vicina al centro e parcheggio interno

Cons:

Tutto: accoglienza fredda, salutati a fatica. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo avere due fettine di prosciutto per il cane e ci hanno risposto di chiamare il servizio in camera; personale che non saluta né all’arrivo né alla partenza e non ti lascia il passo; struttura vetusta e fatiscente sia nelle stanze che negli spazi comuni; pulizia carente e nessun servizio serale, scordatevi cambio asciugamani ecc.; piscina con acqua torbida; colazione ricca ma torte mediocri, ciliegie con la muffa, prodotti finiti non riassortitj, piatti e tazzine sporchi lasciati sul tavolo fino alla fine, si salva solo il maitre che è educato e premuroso; frigobar ridicolo dove l’unica cosa da mangiare sono arachidi; fanno pagare un extra per il chihuahua ma non hanno messo un cuscino, una ciotola, nulla! Il prezzo non è certo da cinque stelle ma nemmeno i servizi! Mai vista tanta maleducazione in Romagna. Non siamo soliti lasciare recensioni negative, ma se la gente è maleducata e indisponente non va bene, il saluto è gratis e obbligatorio ovunque!

Struttura buona ma da migliorare il servizio reception.
Pros:

Hotel in posizione eccellente. I ragazzi che si occupano dei bagagli e del parcheggio sono straordinari. Ristorante eccellente. Servizio del ristorante incredibile. Complimenti.

Cons:

La prima notte rumori da trasloco fino alle 2. Detto alla reception ma nessuna reazione. Come se non fosse successo nulla. Chiamato in reception per avere l’autovettura disponibile. Richiesta ignorata. Per fortuna il ragazzo del valet parking ha capito tutto e preso immediatamente l’autovettura.
