Schöne alte Villa liebevoll saniert. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Fußläufig zum historischem Zentrum 15 Minuten durch Park. Gutes Frühstück mit Wunschzeit und -zettel, weil kleiner Frühstücksraum.

Pros:

A very special hotel: Wonderful atmosphere, stylish interior design with a mixture of old and new, comfortable beds, quiet setting next to a park, an amazing breakfast (yes, amazing!) - and the kindest staff you could imagine.

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah aber durch den gegenüberliegenden großen Park dennoch ruhig gelegen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Am Vorabend kann man spezielle Zusatzwünsche anmelden. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Deludente e inadatto a famiglie
Pros:

Gentilezza della giovane signora alla reception; posizione molto comoda; infissi funzionali e ben insonorizzanti.

Cons:

Il modulo per definire la colazione è francamente imbarazzante: la struttura richiede di indicare a che ora si intenda fare Colazione già al check in, causa piccole dimensioni della sala, ma non si garantisce comunque il posto in sala e la pretesa è in sé fastidiosa se si è in vacanza. Sul modulo inoltre vanno indicati non solo - come potrebbe essere accettabile - le pietanze extra che richiedono pagamento (pancake, porridge ecc) anche con colazione inclusa, ma perfino di indicare la quantità di altri alimenti tipici da colazione, ad esempio cornetti e tutto ciò che fa parte della colazione internazionale (esempio: 1 cornetto, 1 formaggio) che si prevede di consumare! Mai visto un modulo del genere in altri hotel.
I pancake (6€) non erano pancake ma una specie di omelette molliccia, non siamo riusciti a mangiarli, credo il nome o la ricetta andrebbero modificati.
Nonostante avessimo indicato un orario sul modulo-colazione, non c'erano tavoli disponibili e hanno tentato di sistemarci ad un tavolo bassissimo nell'ingresso, zona reception, davanti all'ascensore e scala per accedere alle camere, nel mezzo dell'andirivieni degli ospiti in entrata e uscita, molto spiacevole, con difficoltoso accesso al buffet (soprattutto con bambini!).
Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare tavolo hanno reagito subito e con gentilezza, ma hanno dovuto sistemarci a 2 diversi tavolini (siamo una famiglia di 4).
In ultimo, il parcheggio: sul sito il prezzo è indicato come 10€/giorno, ma solo dopo la conferma di avvenuta prenotazione si riceve l'indicazione che per auto più voluminose il prezzo è in realtà 18€; questa quota è in linea con gli altri hotel della zona, ma l'informazione preliminare è fuorviante e incompleta.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, grosse Dusche, gutes und auch reichhaltiges Frühstück, frischer Cappuccino. 20 min in die City. Parkplatz im Innenhof.

Cons:

Parkgebühr wurde nach Größe des Fahrzeugs berechnet
Musste für VW-Bus mit Fahrradträger 20€ pro Tag bezahlen. Pkw 10 €. Am Vortag mussten die frischen Sachen (Schinken, Käse, Eier usw. ) vorbestellt werden und auch die Uhrzeit wann man frühstücken wollte. Grosses Hotel, aber sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum.
