It was ok.
Pros:

Location great, close to the city centre and also underground safe parking especially for motorbikes

Cons:

Staff, cleanliness was a bit unsure and given disability room when not full

Schönes freundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir waren eine Nacht mit dem Motorrad im Hotel.

Cons:

keine Bar, damit auch kein Feierabend Bier

Pros:

Heel dicht bij heel goed restaurant. Ontbijt was prima, airconditioning. Het was 36 graden de dag dat wij daar verbleven. Toch lekker geslapen er stond water en een koffieapparaat in de centrale hal. Prijs ook goed

Pros:

Struttura in posizione strategica, seppur in ZTL il personale è attrezzato per la procedura per evitare la contravvenzione. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile con ottima predisposizione ad accogliere richieste e al problem solving.
Camere spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario, unica pecca avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento
Possibilità di parcheggiare sia nel parcheggio coperto che in quello interno

Ottima accoglienza. La struttura si è anche sincerata che la stanza fosse fresca prima di consegnare la chiave. Camera gradevole e pulita. In omaggio (in stanza) due bottiglie di acqua. Snack & coffee nella hall dell'hotel. Punto strategico: a pochi passi dal centro.

Cons:

Aspetto migliorabile (come semplice suggerimento): la moquette del corridoio che conduce alle stanze sembrava un po’ datata e macchiata in alcuni punti.

Sono stato 3 giorni e mi sono trovato benissimo. Stanza accogliente, molto bella, pulizia impeccabile e servizi all' altezza. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La consiglio e ci tornerò in futuro. Ottima anche la posizione a 5 minuti dal centro.

Climatisation en panne dans certaines chambres, mais ils ne le disent pas, il donne la chambre et si vous leur signaler, ils vous donnent une nouvelle chambre mais avant ils se déplacent pour aller voir si la climatisation marche dans la nouvelle.... Ils pourraient se déplacer dès la 1ère fois !! c'est pas professionnel d'attendre que le client réclame...
