OTTIMA SCELTA HOTEL DA RACCOMANDARE
Pros:

Hotel centrale ideale per una visita. Facilità del parcheggio. Pulizia e cortesia.

Cons:

La colazione è molto valida ma... Manca il mitico prosciutto di Parma e il parmigiano

Parma is an amazing city. Very peaceful. This hotel has a wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed my time overall.

Good location, but the outdated rooms and lack of in-room climate control made for a disappointing stay.

The strong smell of incense throughout the hotel was unpleasant. The air conditioning could only be controlled by reception, which was inconvenient and unusual. The rooms were also dated and in need of refurbishment.

Hotel sin mantenimiento, pero muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación, excelente. La atención del personal, muy buena. Respecto del parking, 9€ al frente del hotel, el techado 15€ cubierto, detrás del hotel. Cama y almohadas cómodas.

Cons:

Es un hotel que no ha tenido mantenimiento; las alfombras de la entrada, así como las de los pasillos y ascensores están completamente deterioradas y deberían ser reemplazadas, ya que dan muy mala impresión. El aire acondicionado había que pedirlo a la Recepción, con lo cual no era posible graduarlo ni prenderlo y apagarlo cuando cada uno quisiera.

Arrivato la sera dopo una cena di lavoro il giorno 9 giugno la persona che mi ha accolto alla reception stava contando delle monete e non mi ha neanche rivolto lo sguardo. Poi mi dice: "finisco di contare e i soldi e sono da Lei". Senza neanche salutarmi. Una volta avviata la procedura di registrazione, molto agevole perché sono ospite abituale, chiedendole di accelerare, in quanto avevo una videocall con gli USA da fare in camera, mi risponde "non sono la sua serva". Comportamento irrispettoso, maleducato, supponente non degno dell'hotel.

Normale servizio.

Cons:

Personale grazioso, informale poco sorridente, informazioni stringate comunicate senza enfasi, alla partenza non richiesto se eravamo soddisfatti della permanenza. Autorimessa portone ingresso da ripulire dalle ragnatele e riverniciare. Interno da rimettere a nuovo pareti parzialmente scrostate da ripristinare non idoneo alla struttura alberghiera che si vuole pubblicizzare.

Prima verblijf in het centrum van Parma!
Pros:

De locatie was perfect! Je was zo in het centrum/winkel gedeelte.
Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamer voor een aantal nachten.

Cons:

Enige puntje wat ik iets minder vond was het ontbijt. Normaal is het ontbijt tot 10 uur, maar er werd telkens om 9:30 uur gestart met opgeruimd. Waardoor ik het gevoel kreeg me te moeten haasten om nog wat eten te pakken. Eten zelf was prima!

Frühstück: es fehlte nichts, auch glutenfrei möglich, sehr herzliche Bedienung
Reception: sehr freundliches, auskunftsfreudiges Personal
In der Eingangshalle kostenfrei: Kaffeemaschine, kühles Wasser, Säfte, kleine Snacks, auch glutenfrei
Zimmer (bei geschlossenem Fenster) sehr ruhig, sauber, Härte der Matratzen gut, Safe und Kühlschrank, kostenfreie Wasserflaschen, sehr geräumiges Bad.
Parkplatz (9 Euro pro Tag) direkt vor dem Haus. Achtung: Einfahrt in die Stadt nur ZTL2wir
