Pros:

Hotel in stile business e quindi con questa impronta. Struttura bella e tenuta bene. Stanza funzionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Disponibilità di parcheggio esterno. Prezzo giusto

Cons:

Piscina non aperta ai primi di giugno con giornate afose e calde. Era nelle condizioni scritte ma, viste le temperature, ci saremmo aspettati di trovarla usufruibile

Un hôtel de grande qualité, avec un personnel accueillant, professionnel et aux petits soins. Une mention toute particulière à Marco, qui s’occupe du service en salle et du bar : toujours souriant, attentionné, bienveillant et d’un grand professionnalisme, il contribue largement à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Il a le souci du moindre détail et fait en sorte que chaque client se sente privilégié. Son sourire, sa bonne humeur et toutes ses délicates attentions font vraiment la différence. Merci pour toutes ses délicates attentions.

Cons:

Seul regret : une terrasse un peu trop fermée, qui limite la vue sur l’extérieur.

Lobby was big and nice. Location was questionable.
Pool outside

Cons:

Very smelly rooms. In the balcony there was a high wall so you couldn’t see outside. Dark rooms.
Restaurant food was terrible and service even worse. I didn’t think BW was so bad and sad.
I wouldn’t recommend if you like airy nice rooms.

Don’t eat, don’t stay!
Pros:

We booked 2 rooms. Family with a 4 y grand daughter with us. Check in was good. We went eating before we checked out rooms. Very boring restaurant. Food was absolutely no taste at all. Staff was completely ignoring us and we had to ask them for everything, even to pay. Just a big white room with small windows and thin tables and chairs. For a 4 star hotel??
Went up to our room 401, the smell in this room was very strong like ammonia ? Our second room smelled like garlic. We couldn’t stay. Although the manager showed us 5 different rooms and just one of them was ok. We have prepaid and they would not give us our money back. Rooms are also very dark because outside there is a balcony with a brick wall so high you could barely see outside.
I can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel??
Location, it’s outside the center and we thought it was in a poor district.

Le personnel, la taille de la chambre et la propreté etaient clairement d'un niveau 4 étoiles. Le petit dej était complet et bon ainsi que diversifié
Le wifi était top.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif serait l'environnement de l'hôtel et son éloignement du centre historique.
