Charming clean, friendly hotel in an easy walk to the sights and railway station.
Pros:

Very clean, very friendly hotel with lovely staff. Near a well stocked Eurospar supermarket, shady park with a good café and a basic but good pizza place. Also liked the very good blinfs and the fact you were able tp open tje windows to enjpy the bird song.

Cons:

The shower floor was alittle slippy.

Pros:

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile, con comodo parcheggio, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Staff carino e disponibile, hanno convenzioni con botteghe e ristoranti.

Cons:

Camere per niente insonorizzate per cui si sente ogni rumore dal corridoio o dalle altre stanze.
Siamo scesi a colazione alle 8.30 ed era finito praticamente tutto, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi se c'erano altre brioches, succhi e affettati. La ragazza in sala è competente e svelta ma deve gestire il buffet, il bar per le bevande calde, sparecchiare e pulire i tavoli, ... per cui il momento della colazione che dovrebbe essere veloce e piacevole richiede tempo e pazienza!

Pros:

Nous nous sommes trompés de dates lors de la réservation, mais nous avons pu avoir une chambre le soir où nous sommes venus. Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner complet, stationnement gratuit, 10mn à pieds du centre ville et la literie était très bien. Vraiment, pour le prix, rien à redire.

Pros:

Very clean modern rooms, good location only about 10 to 15mins safe walk to the centre of Ravenna. Good breakfast choice with plenty of fresh fruit & pastries, cereals, breads, cold meats, cheeses, cake.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small - it was ok for us, but not good if you are big people.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio privato e pulizia in generale. Colazione nera norma, sia dolce che salata

Cons:

Poco insonorizzata, stanza al 4 piano con problemi di acqua calda, disponibile solo dopo molti minuti di acqua fatta scorrere ( con spreco enorme!)

La camera di pochi mq era ricavata nella mansarda, con una porta di accesso stretta e con il soffitto molto basso in corrispondenza della testata del letto. La doccia aveva poca pressione; al mattino non arrivava acqua alla doccia: abbiamo segnalato la cosa e ci è stato risposto che il problema era già stato preso in carico dalla manutenzione

Abbiamo soggiornato nella guest house di fronte all'hotel. Nuovissima e pulita.

Visite des trésors de Ravenne
Pros:

Nous étions 2 couples et nous avions 2 chambres pour 2 nuits et afin de visiter Ravenne et ses trésors.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche des principaux sites d’intérêt que nous avons pu joindre à pied.
La voiture a pu rester devant l’hôtel sans parking à payer.
Le personnel était au TOP : accueil, service, ménage.
Les chambres étaient très propres.
Le petit-déjeuner était complet et très agréable.

Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Ho prenotato last minute una camera matrimoniale comfort, subito dopo l'addebito mi è arrivato un messaggio dicendo che la stanza da me richiesta non era più disponibile. Infatti mi è stata assegnata una camera piccola e anche il bagno era molto piccolo. Vorrei ottenere l'accredito per la differenza di prezzo. Ho anche inviato un reclamo all'assistenza clienti, ma non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta.

Tutto bene finché non avete un problema da risolvere
Pros:

Posizione centrale e buona colazione anche con una buona scelte di prodotti senza glutine. Camere pulite.

Cons:

L'hotel è lungo una strada super trafficata e nonostante fossimo in una camera laterale e con finestre chiuse, abbiamo sentito tanto rumore.
Nella camera matrimoniale il materasso ha lo spazio al centro perché non è matrimoniale ma sono due singoli. Scomodissimo

Ho avuto problemi per uno sbaglio mio di prenotazione e booking ha detto di chiedere alla struttura di cambiare le date ma c'era una stagista ( ce lo hanno detto il giorno dopo) che non sapeva cosa fare e il giorno dopo era tardi per qualsiasi rimborso. Quindi l'hotel ha guadagnato dal mio errore senza minimamente avere intenzione di annullare una prenotazione sbagliata ( da me ). Avevano ragione ma sarebbe bastata un po' di empatia e voglia di aiutare.
