Stunning hotel in the centre
Pros:

The fluffiest towels I have ever felt. The bedding was great quality.
Spacious room. The breakfats room is beautiful.

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Bequemes breites Doppelbett, kuschelige große Duschtücher, Klimaanlage, Duschgel, Haarshampoo etc ausreichend vorhanden.
Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Hilfestellung für die Zufahrt zum Hotel, das in einer zona limitata liegt. Parkmöglichkeit im Hof gegen Gebühr (Eur 18 pro Tag), sonst gratis mit Parkkarte in der Nähe des Hotels.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und umfangreich, Cafe wird frisch je nach Wunsch (Espresso, Cappuccino) zubereitet.
Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.
Zum Bahnhof ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, vor dort mit dem
Zug Besichtigungen von Parma, Bologna, Modena sehr bequem möglich.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage Straßenlärm (für uns irrelevant, da wir mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen).

Nice place and well located, and very clean
Pros:

Lovely place, location was long but easy to walk to from train station and very walkable area. Shampoo there had a lovely scent (okay, minor point but my spouse liked it!)

CONFORTEVOLE ANCHE SE DATATO POSIZIONE CENTRALISSIMA SERVIZI DA MIGLIORARE
Pros:

posizione eccezionale, letto molto confortevole, stanza gigante

Cons:

Le camere ma soprattutto i bagni sono molto datati andrebbero ristrutturati, orario colazione di sabato sfidante (9,45 max) infatti non abbiamo fatto colazione, deposito bagagli non custodito (con cartello sulla mancata assunzione di responsabilità, cosa peraltro negata dalla giurisprudenza), la presenza di un cartello vicino al bancone all'entrata che se rinunci alla pulizia per un giorno ti danno un drink in più (politica non coerente con un quattro stelle)
