Nice Inn in Reggio Emilia
Pros:

Really pretty large room with good AC. Elevator also! Nice front desk! Good location near center plaza and coffee shops and restaurants. There's a GREAT little restaurant right under the ancient passageway next to the hotel!

Cons:

Hassle to get there because you have to check in at another nearby hotel La Posta to get your keys and then walk over to Albergo Reggio. BUT they had bellhops to take your.luggage thank God!

Was expecting a better experience
Pros:

It's located in the city centre and the staff are very polite. The room was clean.

Cons:

In the first room we were given (2nd floor), the bathroom had a very intense smell of mold. On the second day, we reported it, a member of staff came to check and we were offered a different room on third floor. In this new room the air-conditioning was not working properly. It was boiling hot, more than 10 degrees higher than outside temperature (and it was 38 degrees outside). We could not sleep at night. We informed reception and asked for a fan, which was provided to us. The bed in this room was at least 50cm smaller than in the previous room. Twice over our 4 day stay the smoke alarm went off (once in a nearby room and once in the corridor for 15 minutes). I still think that for 90+ euros per night, we deserved a much better experience.

Excelente, lo recomiendo
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con bicicletas en excelente estado para que los huéspedes utilicen de manera gratuita , genial manera de recorrer Reggio.

Cons:

Es un poco incomodo que la recepción sea en otro edificio, pero es muy cerca.
