I gave Best Western another chance - after 30 years.
Pros:

Close to the railway station and great check in staff. I stopped using Best Western Hotels in the UK in the 1990s because...well..you can imagine. I am glad I gave the brand another chance. Good aircon.

Cons:

Breakfast costs a little steep. The lift floor fel a bit creaky....

molto gradevole nonostante il gran caldo di torino. L'hotel era una vera oasi

camera queen spaziosa, con vasca xl, oltre alla sala da bagno
personale gentile e pratico
colazione abbondante e variegata da grande albergo com in effetti lo è è il BW Genio anche se non ha 4 stelle

Ottima posizione per chi viaggia in treno, a due passi dalla stazione Porta Nuova. Camera singola spaziosa, bagno nuovo e pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile, check in e check out veloci, possibilità di deposito bagagli.

Pros:

Great location 3 minutes walk from turin porta nouvo train station, quiet room, huge comfy bed and good air con. Sadly arrived late and only stayed 1 night so could not enjoy spa facilities.

朝食が素晴らしい
Pros:

朝食はとてもヘルシーで美味しく、コーヒーも美味しい。駅から近い。
部屋は清潔でシャワーなどの水回りは綺麗で動作も問題なし。居住には支障無く良かった。

Cons:

ビルは内装が古く、部屋にはセキュリティボックスがなく、冷蔵庫とエアコンがあまり冷えず、ベッド横のコンセントが両側ともプラグが緩くて使えず、エレベーターは古く動作が非常に遅かったので、気になる人には不十分かも。

Localização excelente: ao lado da estação Porta Nuova - excelente para acessar tanto chegando por trem quanto pelo bus do aeroporto. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, quarta já está geladinho quando você chega. Amenidades (shampoo e sabonete líquido) com perfume bom mas não forte. Cama confortável. Café da manhã com fartura e preço razoável. Funcionários simpáticos. Guardaram a bagagem depois do check out. Isolamento acústico perfeito, não ouvi nada de outro quarto. Janela e cortina fechavam perfeitamente, não fui acordado pelo sol. Tem elevador. Experiência maravilhosa.

Cons:

Controle remoto da televisão não funcionava, não consegui usar a TV. Deixei a toalha no box do chuveiro para ser trocada conforme a instrução e não foi trocada.
