Pros:

Il personaggio gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Colazione super, buonissima e varia anche per chi ha intolleranze alimentari.

Cons:

Ho notato poca manutenzione alla camera (box doccia rotto per esempio, lampade fulminata, TV con spinotto antenna poco stabile).

Posizione perfetta
Pros:

La posizione top, la colazione molto buona e fornita sia di salato ma soprattutto dolce( per me fondamentale), e finalmente un cappuccino fresco fatto sul momento dato che è presente un ristorante nella stessa struttura.

Cons:

Nulla, se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa, una leggera pulizia più nel dettaglio in bagno.

Отель находится в историческом здании и в этом есть своя прелесть. Расположен в самом центре города ,две минуты и вы у дворца . Рядом остановка транспорта,от вокзала Porta Nuova трамвай номер 4 . В этом же здании находится траттория ,в которую есть вход из отеля, в этой траттории и завтраки для постояльцев . Завтрак хороший,есть омлет,сосиски,мясная и сырная нарезки,йогурт,выпечка , прекрасный кофе ,нет только овощей. В номере чисто и комфортно,есть бар . Чайник отсутствует. Персонал внимательный,спасибо Эмилии за ее доброжелательность. Все фото номера на сайте соответствуют .Рекомендуем этот отель !

Cons:

В этом историческом здание отсутствует лифт. Очень маленькая ванная комната в двухместном стандартном номере .

Bene ma non benissimo.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolte è stato gentile e professionale. La camera era carina, con l’uscita in una terrazza: inaspettata e molto gradita.

Cons:

Appena si entra nella struttura ci sono delle foto d’epoca, una ha lo striscione: VIVA IL DUCE. Eviterei… Sembra una posizione politica della struttura. Durante la colazione (qualità degli alimenti scarsa) la persona di servizio ha guardato solo il telefono, non si è mobilitata neppure per aiutarmi ad accendere il tostapane quando ero in evidente difficoltà. La doccia nella camera aveva una cabina della misura sbagliata e l’acqua usciva copiosa sul pavimento.
