Cons:

Unica pecca da segnalare, non siamo riusciti a sfruttare la piscina esterna. Il primo giorno a causa del maltempo, il secondo giorno invece perchè non era stata fatta la corretta manutenzione (non era stato inserito il cloro nella piscina) poichè essendo stato brutto il tempo il giorno prima probabilmente non pensavano che nessun ospite desiderasse usufruire della piscina. Peccato perchè avremmo usufruito volentieri di questo servizio, dato che c'era anche l'acqua riscaldata.

Disabili astenersi: la cortesia non è una prerogativa della struttura

Non posso proprio dirlo visto che non mi è stato possibile andarci. Se sarà confermata, l'unica nota positiva sarà l'annullamento dell'addebito sulla mia carta di credito

Cons:

Nonostante 1) la prenotazione, 2) la conferma della prenotazione di Booking, 3) le informazioni del sito che garantivano l'accessibilità della struttura e 4) una telefonata alla reception, qualche giorno prima, che me la confermava, la prenotazione mi è stata annullata all'ultimo minuto con una telefonata dello staff perché "assolutamente inaccessibile per una persona in sedia a rotelle in quanto l'entrata presenta dieci gradini".
Mi sembra ben strano che una struttura che dispone di camere per disabili risulti poi inaccessibile (anche perché una persona che vi alloggiava in quel periodo mi ha spiegato che vi è un passaggio laterale sul giardino che ne consente l'accesso senza passare dai famosi dieci scalini).
Sospetto fortemente che, visto il forte afflusso in montagna di questi giorni caldi, la struttura abbia pensato bene di "vendersi" anche la quota di camere riservate a Booking - andando così in overbooking - e per non avere guai peggiori se mi fossi presentato ad albergo completo, non gli sia sembrato vero di puntare sull'handicap per risolvere d'anticipo il problema con questa bella (inqualificabile) furbata!

Ok car Limone est super. Mais tout est mal entretenu. Les matériaux sont cheap. La qualité du petit dej pas terrible. L’

Le lieu est super. Mais on a l’impression sur tout tombe en ruine. Le personnel est très jeune ce qui n’est pas un problème mais ne sait pas régler les problèmes : ni réparer une douche, ni trouver du citron, ni donner des indications etc

Cons:

Le manque de réactivité et le côté vieillot. Nous sommes restés 3 jours avec une douche dont la température ne pouvait baisser. Nous l’avons signaler à 18h le 1er jour, puis quotidiennement et rien. Pour finir ce matin on est venu me demander si j’avais vraiment besoin d’eau plus froide. Aucune réduction n’a été appliqué pour ce désagrément. Mon fils a été se doucher dans une autre chambre car c’était impossible pour lui. Autre chambre que nous avions réservé

Je suis très attachée a l ' Italie depuis des décennies et je n ' ai pas trouvé da.s cet hôtel l ' ambiance chaleureuse qu ' on peut attendre.....
Quant a la nourriture , l ' obligation de choisir son repas la veille m ' ont laissée la qualité des produits aussi très surprise .....

Hotel très convenable.
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel et le professionnalisme du directeur.

Cons:

Poubelle qui sont passés à 6h du matin un samedi. Le matelas est a renouveler. Il a beaucoup servi.
