Pros:

It’s a very cozy hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the lake is very easy to access. The hotel also has a private beach, so we didn’t need to go to Feriolo, the neighboring village, to enjoy the lake. I also highly recommend Vista Acqua, the hotel’s restaurant, which offers excellent food and a wonderful lake view

Pas d’eau
Petit déjeuner moyen en salle et non à l’extérieur
Tout est en supplément ( les œuf, oranges presses ) le buffet se vide très vide et n’est pas ravitaillé

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, хорошо расположение, есть свой компактный пляж, можно поесть на улице расположившись на берегу и наслаждаться видами, отель чистый, сотрудники весьма отзывчивые и любезные. Я осталась очень довольна отелем - намерена вернуться и побыть там еще побольше времени 🥰

schön und entspannend bis auf die vielen Stechmücken beim Abendessen.
Pros:

hübsches kleines Familienhotel mit Privatem Strand und mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Es fehlten Möglichkeiten um Röcke aufzuhängen und nasse Badesachen zum trocknen aufzuhängen im Zimmer/ Balkon.

Wir kommen wieder

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht erfüllt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet.

OTTIMA ACCOGLIENZA DELLE CAMERA MA IL RESTO MOLTO DISCUTIBILE E MIGLIORABILE

La camera Definita dai proprietari de Luxe era piccola ma con veduta spettacolare del lago e ben condizionata, il bagno era nuovo come le rubinetterie, la struttura aveva anche un piccolo solarium sia con sabbia sia su prato per prendere il sole sorseggiando un buon cocktail nel adiacente bar a completa disposizione degli ospiti.

Cons:

Al mio arrivo mi era stata chiesto anche se L’hotel non accettava animali 25€ in via detta da loro in via eccezionale mentre gli altri fanno pagare un piccolo supplemento. Così sono stato costretto a lasciare la mia gatta a casa pur assicurando la struttura che era di razza e si sarebbe comportato bene meglio di un cane.La colazione povera senza la possibilità di poter avere più cappuccini distribuiti da una macchinetta a dispenser, le brioche surgelate non di pasticceria. La presa in giro che la struttura aveva un ristorante quando agli ospiti veniva portato del cibo di tavola fredda nel patio adiacente al lago.
