Wonderful in everything very friendly interactive staff
Pros:

The hotel was ideally situated for a holiday in Stressa with plenty of places to see and enjoy
The views of the lakes were amazing and the water boat trip top class

Perfekter Osteraufenthalt mit Ausflug auf die Inseln und Bummel in das Städtchen.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal! Schöner Frühstücksraum. Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Kleines aber praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel Stauraum für das Gepäck. Werde bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dieses Hotel buchen 😃

Cons:

Blumenkisten auf dem Balkon, ein Paar Pflanzen auf den Treppenabsätzen im Frühstücksraum / Empfang würden das Ambiente um einiges verbessern. Auch ein schöner bunter Bettüberwurf liesse das Zimmer freundlicher aussehen mit wenig Aufwand.

Pros:

L’emplacement central et la réception 24h.
La literie confortable.
La gentillesse du personnel féminin.

Cons:

Les prises electriques non conformes, le débit d’eau très faible, la très mauvaise isolation (on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans les chambres et sdb de l’étage).

Siamo stati ben accolti da uno staff molto gentile, soggiorno molto piacevole e tranquillo.
Pros:

Posizione ideale: sul lungolago, di fronte all'imbarcadero e al centro e non lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria. Doccia ottima, bagno con finestra, stanza luminosa con balcone vista lago e piazzetta.

Cons:

i mobili sono essenziali ed un po' antiquati, ma per me non è stato un problema perché tutto era molto pulito. metterei qualche gancio o mensola nel bagno che è datato ma comodissimo.
