Sehr gute Lage. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück

Cons:

Die Möbel überaltert und abgenutzt. Kein Kühlschrank. Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen .

Top Lage, top Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal, die Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Es hatte leider keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, wir durften aber Dinge zum Kühlen bei der Rezeption abgeben.

Wonderful location and exceptionally helpful staff made for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, right near the lake and the boat station, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The reception team and the rest of the staff were wonderful, very welcoming, and pleasing throughout our stay. The rooms themselves were perfectly okay.

Cons:

There were a few disappointments. The biggest issue is that the elevator only goes up to the first two floors. We had to carry our heavy luggage the rest of the way by hand. Soundproofing is also nonexistent. On our second night, we barely slept because another guest was swearing loudly on the opposite balcony for most of the night. Breakfast was okay, but it lacked basic hot items, such as scrambled eggs. Also, be aware that the rooms use specific electrical outlets with thin pins, so you may need an adapter.

Perfect Weekend Break
Pros:

Hotel exceeded our expectations! Very clean, very comfy beds, air con, fluffy towels, kettle, tv and a large balcony with stunning views across Lake Maggiore. Staff were so lovely and work hard. Large selection at breakfast, always fresh. If we ever return to Stresa we will absolutely book this hotel again 👌 Thanks for a lovely stay.
