Muito caro para o que oferece
Pros:

Boa localização (perto do lago e do embarcadouro) e atendimento do recepcionista Kevin, muito atencioso.

Cons:

-Café da manhã fraco, sem variedades (ficamos 5 dias e praticamente tudo era repetido;
-colchão ruim, afundado, travesseiros finos e duros;
-toalhas de banho velhas;
-assento do vaso sanitário não era adequado ao tamanho do vaso;
-box pequeno;
-elevador super antiquado assim como o mobiliário;
-controle remoto da TV não funcionou;
-chaleira elétrica no quarto porém não foi informado sobre onde conseguir chá;
-salão de café da manhã muito pequeno e assim não podemos escolher onde sentar pois a senhora que trabalha ali não deixa sentar em qualquer lugar;
-as mesas no café da manhã tem um pote pra jogar lixo, achei sem cabimento;
-croissant racionado;
-a senhora garçonete do café da manhã parece ter raiva dos hóspedes, recolhe a louça batendo as coisas, faltou simpatia infelizmente, dá até medo de pedir as coisas (café, cappuccino etc).

Las condiciones de limpieza del hotel eran adecuadas y la habitación estaba limpia. Sin embargo, el olor no era agradable y afectó un poco a nuestra comodidad durante la estancia. Es un aspecto que deberían revisar para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Struttura elegante, funzionale e in ottima posizione, vicinissima agli imbarchi per le isole.
Camera quadrupla di dimensioni nella norma, con finestra è piccolo terrazzino vista lago. Un bel bagno spazioso.

Cons:

La camera non è molto rifinita e qualche cosa non funzionava (telecomando TV, phon, una delle luci ).
La colazione è discreta , scelta un po' limitata di dolce e salato . Anche la qualità non eccellente.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. Best value for money. The breakfast was really delicious. Also the location is great near boat bay in Stresa to go around.

Great hotel just needs a few things looking at to improve
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast and service

Cons:

Bathroom shower was dodgy and spluttering everywhere - it’s very simple to buy a new shower head that works ! At the rate of €100 a night for a single room, I should think the hotel could afford it ?

The inside lock of the door did not work, made me quite insecure

Местоположението, закуската и това, че можеше и да се вечеря в хотела. При една непредвидена ситуация , от хотела реагираха много бързо и деликатно. Бих отседнала с удоволствие пак в този хотел

Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Doccia senza portasapone e senza appoggi per per mettere i teli umidi . Spazio tra la scrivania e il muro molto ristretto
