Cons:

pas de volet aux fenêtres donc réveillé aux aurores
le personne est désagréable au possible . Je pense qu'ils n'aiment pas les français, bien qu'ils le parlent. Aucun sourire aucune amabilité

Ein überraschend schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel mit herzlichem Empfang.
Pros:

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das war das Allerbeste, sehr herzlich und echt.
Das Zimmer mit der Aussicht zum See mit den schönen Magnolienbäumen und der wunderbaren Weite an dieser Stelle, gegenüber von Stresa. Auch am Abend eine Augenweide. Der kleine Balkon ist sehr hübsch gemacht und der Wind vom See weht ins Zimmer. Wenig Autoverkehr und eine wunderbare Lage mit vielen guten Restaurants und einer schönen Promenade. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Die Zimmer sind alle renoviert und die Matratzen gut. Wir haben sehr gut schlafen können. Das Frühstück war nicht überteuert und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung hat freundlich geholfen.

Cons:

Der positive Eindruck den wir vom ersten Moment an hatten, hat sich bei unseren Aufenthalt nicht ins negative verändert. Die negativen Bewertungen die ich gelesen hatte, entsprachen nicht den Gegebenheiten die wir erlebt haben. Weder waren die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig (alle Zimmer waren renoviert) noch war jemand unfreundlich. Im Gegenteil, dem Hotel gebe ich 5 Sterne. Wer es natürlich 3x teurer bezahlt bekommt dafür auch einen anderen Luxus. Er kann ja dann fast 1000 Euro für die Nacht im nahegelegenen 5 Sterne Hotel bezahlen.

We hebben genoten van het lago Maggiore het weer het eten de omgeving kommen zeker terug . Ciao
Pros:

Ontbijt prima er was genoeg en veel keuze vele lekkere specialiteiten uit de streek .lekker buiten zitten . airco op de kamer ,was een grote kamer maar wel gedateerd .
ruime badkamer . De locatie was uitstekend op de boulevard dicht bij restaurants en de afvaart van de boot om de eilanden te bezichtigen . aardige receptie .

Cons:

moderniseren van de kamer , buitenkant is prachtig .
