Volevo ringraziare lo staff per la gentilezza e accoglienza in questo bellissimo hotel a mia avviso uno tra i migliori ai giardini di naxos e in particolare il signor tonino per aver fatto in modo che la mia auto non subisse danni al paraurti anteriore concedendomi l’opportunità di parcheggiare l’auto davanti all ‘ingresso visto e considerato che dall’altra parte non sarebbe stato possibile visto lo scalino dell’ entrata .. sono delle eccezioni che fanno di una regola un accezione ma dimostrando carattere e cortesia verso il clienti più esigente .. grazie ancora di tutto alla prossima con vero piacere

Bel hôtel, mais les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un quatre étoiles
Pros:

Au niveau de l’architecture, c’est un très bel hôtel, l’intérieur est très propre et son emplacement direct sur la plage et privilégié.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment de bonne qualité et variés.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’ensemble est gâché par une Piscine froide et peu avenante entourée de sept malheureux transats alors que l’hôtel dispose de très nombreuses chambres.
Pour un hôtel quatre étoiles, la plage est mal entretenue, limite sale, il n’y a aucun transat aucun parasol, on se croirait sur une plage publique où est le service que l’on devrait avoir dans ce type d’établissement ?
Je ne parle pas des travaux qui encombrait les abords de la piscine, nous avions été prévenu, mais quand même.

Personal ist fabelhaft! Lage des Hotels ebenfallst top. Frühstück super

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr schlecht gelegen. Oberhalb der Gebläse und der Abfalleimer. Die Glas/Flaschenentleer-Kübel lagen unterhalb meinem Balkon. Dementsprechend war es teilweise extrem laut. Ausserdem ist die Isolation von Zimmer zu Zimmer lausig. Ich hörte jedes Gespräch meiner Nachbarn. idem mit dem Gang

FABULOUS
Pros:

We loved everything.
Hotel was beautiful.Breakfast was lovely.
Location was brilliant right outside bus terminal.
Last but not least staff were exceptional.
Everyone was so friendly helpful and pleasant.
Carmelo was really helpful pleasant amd professional. Simone was also really helpful.
