Pros:

Average location lucky we had a car to see the sites . The pool looked nice never used it .BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE WATER IN THE DRIDGE

Cons:

The property is very old, outdated, and in desperate need of a major overhaul. The bathroom was in poor condition, featuring cracked shower taps and moldy plastic concertina doors that were falling apart. The air conditioner leaked and had a foul smell, while the furniture throughout was visibly deteriorating. Additionally, the mattress was so worn out that it was nearly impossible to avoid the uncomfortable bed springs. It is definitely time for an update.the walls all scuffed and the hall room carpets are filthy and old .

Con un po ‘di buona volontà,soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale

Nella stanza tapparella bloccata a m.1,8 da terra,tenda bloccata non dcorrrva, cassaforte non funzionante che ogni 50/60 sec emetteva un alert fastoso soprattutto di notte.Sollecitato intervento dopo la prima notte…tutto è rimasto come prima!!!

Cons:

Lontananza da Ortigia e ristorante. Prenoto stanza vista piscina e mi viene data stanza vista traliccio alta tensione. Subito risolto il giorno dopo con un cambio stanza. Addebitata acqua frigobar anche se non l'ho presa

Affordable stay
Pros:

The Hotel has everything you need and a car park inside the venue. Breakfast was good and there were a variety of choice. We have asked for dairy free milk and one of the waiters got us some from the kitchen. Staff were super friendly and the premises were really clean. We had a quadruple room (one double bed, one sofa bed and one foldable bed). The double bed was comfortable to sleep on. We also had the option to dine-in for lunch and dinner. I would gladly stay at this hotel another time.

Cons:

Sofa bed and foldable bed were not as comfortable as the double bed considering that adults slept on them. Probably they would have been ok for children.
Our room was next to the lift and each time the lift operated you could hear the pump of the lift working (like a noise of an air compressor).

Staff cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione con tante varietà.

Cons:

La struttura non corrisponde a un 4 stelle. Piscina necessita di ristrutturazione, così come i servizi e le docce della stessa area. Il bagno della camera assolutamemte da ristrutturare. Gli scarichi otturati nonostante le nostre segnalazioni, diffusore doccia che faceva acqua da tutte le parti.
