Noisy during the night
Pros:

We only stayed due to our flight being cancelled so it was fine for 1 night. Really handy being right across the street from the train station, the man on reception was very informative, room was spacious and breakfast was good and started from 6:30am (croissants, cereal, yogurts, fruit, cake - didn't notice if there was anything else as we were in a rush).

Cons:

Towels were very thin, also there was only 1 bath towel for 2 people.
The hotel was pretty noisy throughout the night, I couldn't work out what the various sounds were (it was more than just other guests coming back late) but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're on holiday.

in linea di massima è andata bene
Pros:

l'hotel ha una posizione molto comoda, di fronte la stazione, da cui abbiamo preso le navette per il concerto di Tiziano Ferro; a piedi siamo andati in centro ed è risultato molto comodo

Cons:

la struttura è un po' vecchia , la colazione era troppo ricca di dolci e avrei preferito meno cose ma di maggiore qualità

Good, but could be better.
Pros:

Everybody was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean, if a little dated.

Cons:

No fridge in room. Several light bulbs not working.. breakfast not very immaginative.
